I had been putting off replacing my 25-year old kitchen for several years but it reached the point where it had to be done and I decided to place an order with Passmore. This has been one of my best decisions! From the very first contact the process was handled in a totally professional manner. Julie, the designer, really listened to what I wanted, answered all my questions and called on her many years of experience to produce a design beyond anything I could have imagined. When it came to bringing that design to life, Craig, the installer, did an absolutely excellent job. He handled everything - electrics (which needed to be brought up to today's standard), plumbing and installation of cabinets and all-new appliances. He worked quickly, professionally and with great precision, keeping me informed of what was happening at every stage. Any (small) hiccups along the way were handled quickly and efficiently by Rob, the Project Manager, to keep the process running smoothly. The result is a stylish and workable kitchen fit for the 21st century, at least for the next several years of it! Overall, my experience with the Passmore Group has been excellent and stress-free because of their professional, friendly approach. I would happily recommend them. Thank you Passmore!

Wow! From (many) sessions with the designer through to installation, we've had a great service from the Passmore Team. Simon the Designer was excellent and we felt he listened to our hopes and gave depth to our vision. Even when we changed the style after a year, it didn't phase him. Rob the installation manager was very calm and level headed, making suggestions to improve our kitchen, based on the wealth of knowledge he has . Finally the installation team. All were a joy to work with but it was Andy, our installer, that did everything to put us at ease. Calm and organised he listened carefully and made suggestions to give handy improvements for the finishing touch. We had a couple of issues along the way. At one point i said to my son, we'll see the worth of this company in how they deal with this. We needn't have worried. Thank you all, especially to Andy for getting the job done and to a high standard.

We are really pleased with the service from Passmore from the initial design meetings with Julie through to completion. Any changes or out of stock items were handled promptly by the project manager Rob who was always on hand if we needed him. The team did a fantastic job with plumbing, electrics and plastering when on site. In particular the kitchen fitter Gary was excellent, with some thoughtful finishing touches and communicating with us throughout the install to ensure we were happy.

We love our new kitchen and would highly recommend Passmore to anyone. Thank you soo much!

We had a very positive experience with Passmores when they did our bathroom and downstairs wc a couple of years ago, so we approached them earlier this year for a redesign of our kitchen and utility room. This included some building work, plumbing, electrics, new floors and new windows and doors.
The design service from Julie was excellent and very collaborative. Her design was everything we hoped for and has transformed the space completely.
The strip out, building work and the fitting of the kitchen were really well coordinated and the quality of all the tradespeople involved was great. Our kitchen fitter, Andy, was particularly good and made really helpful suggestions to make sure we got the best possible finish. Rob Hands (surveyor) was available throughout the project to keep us updated and to deal with all our queries.
We are really delighted with the end result.

I was very blessed to have an excellent kitchen fitter, the work was completed in a couple of weeks, and although a couple of problems these were sorted out very quickly, thankyou.

A really good customer experience from the first time I entered the showroom through to the final fitting of my new kitchen. Every member of the team was professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

The thought of getting a new fitted kitchen,as you can imagine is very stressful,but thankfully from start to finish it has been a good experience,the workmanship of our fitter Jay Hunter was excellent,even fitted washing machine,fridge and blinds. The assistance given by Julie,senior designer was first class,and quality of units excellent. Few hiccups along the way,but all sorted. All aspects of the fitting controlled by Passmore’s,no independent contractors,plus an excellent guarantee,would recommend. Keep up the good work

From start to finish was plain sailing

People! All the staff were courteous, experienced, knowledgable, diligent and co-operative. The finished kitchen is a practical and eye catching room which now look larger despite having additional storage space. It has a high quality finish and thanks to the installing team a great look.
Would recommend Passmore if you want a “people” independent company who deliver what is promised in a friendly and efficient manner - we just wish we had another kitchen to do! Now how about converting the front room . . . . .

I had my kitchen fitted last year, the work started October 22. It took much longer than was sold to me and initially I was happy with it
I was asked to put a review on before the final finish. There were lots of minor issues after and I’ve had to have them come out again numerous times, which is a pain when you’re working full time and have to wait in for workmen.
There’s now an issue with my floor and after numerous emails the boss came out and said we would get it sorted. Two weeks and I’m still waiting for someone to come and inspect.
I never thought after paying so much money I would get such poor aftercare. I won’t be using them again and am disappointed that such a huge company with a family orientated ethic can leave customers with an unfinished kitchen after 6months.
There are still issues with the finish of the kitchen and I’m getting frustrated chasing people every week for things that surely could have been resolved months ago.

From design to completion this was a thoroughly professional process. Every stage was handled perfectly and the personnel were supportive and responsive. Julie made suggestions about design but allowed me to put my stamp on my kitchen. Both Rob and Gary were incredibly thorough and Gary really did go above and beyond - the little touches and careful consideration about such things as the window ledge and where handles went was appreciated. Electrician and plasterer did a fantastic job too!
In short I totally love my kitchen! It’s perfect!

We've just had our kitchen and dining room re- designed and refitted with removal of a major internal structural wall between old kitchen and dining room along with a new Loch Anna kitchen and flooring fitted.

Andy Keir (Senior Designer) at Harrogate showroom produced a outstanding design for our new kitchen...many thanks to Andy, 'hats off' to him.

Rob, Tony and all the teams were absolutely great, very approachable, willing to change things when needed, nothing seemed any problem. All the trades / workmen that work for Passmore are very skillful and will do extra when you ask them. Andy Smith, the main kitchen fitter / joiner has been fantastic and helpful with advice, prepared to do extra work when asked. The fit and finish to the kitchen and flooring is very high standard and quality. All our existing solid wood flooring and carpeting was treated with respect at all times and was covered to protect our property. Every night the working areas were brushed clean and left tidy.

The other workmen, Dave (Plasterer), Martin (Electrician), have also been great to work with. Any little problems were sorted efficiently and professionally.

This is the 2nd time we have used B&K Passmore for improvements to our house, firstly our bedroom en-suite refit and now the structural work and kitchen redesign and refit.

The day after the kitchen was all completed we had a big unexpected water leak in the main bath / shower room, leaking from the shower control unit and water running heavily down the wall, this leaving us with no water as we had to isolate from the main stop cock.

Bearing in mind that this was nothing Passmore had done and had not been previously in contact with, I contacted Rob the following morning and asked if they could help. They quickly arranged one of their plumbers to attend and soon the repair was done. We are very grateful that they came to repair the leak, especially as this was something extra we asked if they could help us with and to do at very short notice. I just would like to say that we feel that B& K Passmore believe in looking after their customers.

I can thoroughly and without any hesitation recommend the team at B&K Passmore for any new project that anyone wishes to have done in their home. We will be looking at having B&K Passmore back again for the 3rd time when we arrange to have the main bathroom / shower room refitted.

Our kitchen remodel was fantastic from start to finish. Initial designing and planning got us going as we knew what we wanted but couldn’t imagine it happening - the designers found a way. The demolition of walls and ripping out of old kitchen etc was done in super quick time. Plastering was done before we even knew. However the real selling point has to be our project manager, Rob, and the two fitters, Andy and Sam. They worked so hard and their attention to detail was second to none. They even then helped out massively with some bathroom hold ups (due to plumber illness) to keep our project running on time. Obviously there are other teams but this is the only place I can pass on how much they did. Would definitely use the company again - all elements of the Passmore group.

The whole process from initial contact in the showroom, through design and install was first class. All the staff we dealt with were polite, professional and helpful. The various trade workers did an excellent job and always cleaned up before they left.

Everything went like clockwork all that was promised was delivered thanks to Julie Peter and all the team

Excellent service throughout the process from design to completion. Our fitter, Martin Chippindale was very thorough and really understood what we required, working to an excellent standard.

We had our kitchen fitted this summer and we are delighted with it. Martin is a very experienced fitter and he went the extra mile for us and fitted things in such a way as to be in keeping with the original character features of the house. We really appreciated the care he put into the work and the kitchen looks fantastic. He explained things as he went along and always answered any queries we had. The electricians and gas fitter were also efficient and helpful. The only reason it's not a 5 star review is that we found that dealing with the office sometimes could be frustrating. This was not down to the people answering the phone who were polite but it felt like sometimes information was not passed onto us and we were left having to chase the company for information about delays eg in having the skip collected, though I appreciate that Rob did sort that out. But it would have been more helpful to just keep us better informed about any glitches in terms of the overall logistics so we were not having to chase them up for information. That said, I would use Passmore again as we are really happy with the result and love the new kitchen.
