From the start the design of my beautiful, classy en-suite and bedroom by Julie Is absolutely perfect.
Then big shout out to Joe and Rob In charge of project installation. Checking out the plans and confirming everything and also progress along the way.
The guys who carried out my work Steve, Mick and the two electricians, then lastly the perfectionist Michael the decorator all professional, hardworking and more importantly trust worthy guys, which for me in my very sensitive situation right now was a massive help.
Can’t recommend these people and this company enough.
I will definitely be using them again perhaps for a new kitchen next year.

Having recently completed our kitchen I can honestly say that Passmore is the best company I have employed to do major works to my home and of the three replacement kitchens we have had over the years by far the best. From the initial visit and designs by Julie, the project management by Rob to the final decorations everything was fantastic. All the trades guys (Andy - main fitter, Dave the plasterer and finally Michael the decorator have been excellent). Our kitchen started before the lockdown and finally completed many weeks later due to the pandemic but overall the experience was a very positive one. I got the pictures out of the initial design the other day - Julie nailed it apart from the changes we made to decorations and lighting Passmore delivered exactly what we asked for. We are highly delighted with our kitchen, the works done to open the kitchen out into the pre existing dining room and the works to our conservatory to raise the floor level to the same as the kitchen and give us much more usable room. Brilliant job all round, thanks very much Passmore

Just had an aged kitchen brought back to life thanks to the craftsmen/women at PassMore, from the first visit from Julie and Rob we felt very at ease with this experienced company. Everything explained easily on our terms, I would like to pay a special thanks to Mick (Kitchen fitter) what he doesn't know about kitchens isn't worth knowing, well done Mick and thank you. If Mick does your kitchen, get extra tea bags in!!

Brilliant job!
Julie designed exactly the kitchen that we wanted but just as the chimney breast had been knocked out the Coronavirus lockdown was announced. All the tradesmen involved pulled out all the stops to get as much work done as possible, leaving us with a perfectly adequate kitchen until the lockdown was lifted. As soon as they could they were back to finish what is now an amazing kitchen.
All involved were brilliant but we are especially grateful to Rob and Andy, who seems to be able to turn his hand to anything! We would recommend Passmore without hesitation.

Beyond the call of duty
Our kitchen was about halfway completed when the virus hit. Passmore Kitchens and particularly the fitter, Martin Chippendale went above and beyond to make sure that we at least had a fully functioning kitchen before complete lockdown. At the first opportunity, Martin was back to finish off our brilliant new kitchen. Thanks to all the team for your effort and your patience. Five stars.

Despite various unforseen problems…
Despite various unforseen problems arising whilst replacing my old kitchen with a new one from scratch,each one was overcome with ease thanks to my excellent kitchen fitter Mick. The end result was fantastic and just what I needed with a few more additions made with spare pieces of material (eg. extra shelves and a tray recess area which would normally have been blocked off). An added bonus was the frequent visits of Rob to check that everything was progressing as it should be. Highly recommended.

5 star in all aspects
We have used Passmores for a number of projects over the past few years most recently a new kitchen.
We have been absolutely delighted with every aspect of the process from initial discussions to conclusion.
Just one tiny example of the attention to detail and pride that the fitters take in their work. We asked for a hot water to be included. When it arrived the fitter rejected it because of a flaw on the surface. He rejected a second tap also for the same reason for a flaw that we could not see.
We have just ordered a new bathroom and replacement windows from this company - says it all.

Fantastic service
We recently had our kitchen fitted with Yourselves at the end of December and are delighted with the results.
My kitchen is quite small but that didn’t deter Julie in her designing. As soon as she walked in her ideas pinned off straight away - cupboards in places I wouldn’t have thought of. I was impressed with her ideas and how She planned it and once my husband (finally!) gave the go ahead, Rob the project manager visited to chat and confirm when the work would take place. True to his word, the work commenced and finished when he said it would. John (joiner) and the other workmen did a fantastic job, John who was here the most was helpful with any ongoing queries and continued to check we were happy with the ongoing work. The quality of the units are of a high standard I’m really happy with the result and would recommend you to anyone interested in a new kitchen

Fantastic Service & Wow Result!
Absolutely amazed with the transformation of our kitchen and downstairs bathroom!!
From walking into the sales room for a 'quick chat', we booked an at home appointment with the cheery Julie to measure up and give us visuals of what we had requested. This was a really smooth positive journey and dates that we wanted were accommodated straight away.
Rob the fantastic Project Manager came to visit prior to the build commencing to walkthrough all of our requirements in detail, double check measurements and explain next steps.
Work started whilst we were on holiday and the progress was excellent on our return with Rob immediately back to see us and hand hold us through each step! We were very happy that we trusted him enough to leave keys and let them get on with it and the results showed in the great workmanship.
From the builders removing walls and adding in supports, John the great kitchen fitter and Graham the lovely bathroom fitter, we were impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of every workman!
Thank you for all your hard work to personalise the experience for us. We would highly recommend for anyone looking for a kitchen or bathroom, or build!!

Fantastic from start to finish
Fantastic from start to finish. I liaised with them on behalf of my dad who after deliberating for over a year whether to have a new kitchen or not decided to go with The Passmore group. They kept us both upto date with what was happening and when. My dad is extremely pleased with the outcome. Would highly recommend if anyone is considering having a new kitchen installed.
