Efficient and well-planned
This is the third time we have used More Kitchens/Passmores and we have always been very pleased with the service we have received. The planning and execution are excellent and in all three instances, everything has gone to plan. All the staff/tradesmen are efficient, very pleasant and keep you posted as to how the job is going. Contacted Passmores knowing nothing about the company they were very courteous and although my wife is in a wheelchair made us very welcome at their showroom nothing was too much trouble, we met Julie and discussed in detail are requirements she arranged a home visit to discuss ideas . When she looked round our existing kitchen she immediately dismissed our ideas and came up with a excellent kitchen concept that we would have never thought of , the end result is spectacular and all the works were carried out in a very professional manner, a special thanks to Rob, Andy and James for completing the project to a excellent standard.

Really pleased with the kitchen but......
Really pleased with the finished kitchen however it took quite a lot longer than we were quoted to finally finish it, we were told it would be 2 weeks and maybe a couple of extra days to complete any minor issues, 7 weeks to the day and I took the kitchen out! Before it was finished.
The fitter had a few days off site to carry out other work which was annoying when we were under the impression that once here they would work on the job until it was finished, Everyone except the first team of electricians seemed Covid Safe, shame we can’t show other people what it looks like yet! Would we recommend them or use them again? Not sure at this point simply because of the time taken to complete the job. We are still waiting for the electrical certificate which I noticed someone else had put in their review

Firstly, I have raised your queries with regards to your electrical certification and a member of the team will contact you. With reference to the length of time it has taken to complete, I am aware of ongoing supply chain issues, especially for appliances, but without looking into this further I am unable to offer any clarity at this precise moment, please do leave this with us to discuss with your project manager. As a business we pride ourselves on our professional approach and have taken great care through-out the pandemic to ensure we are working in a COVID secure manner. Again, your comments surrounding this will be dealt with and further training / a refresher provided to those that it concerns. I would like to take this time to thank you once again. Top class service from start to finish
Top class service from start to finish, I didn't really know where to start but Simon the designer came up with a great design to maximise the space. The whole process was easy and efficient, mick the main fitter was superb, nothing was too much trouble. Delighted with the final result, highly recommended.

We are really pleased with our new kitchen. Julie's design was amazing. We have a small kitchen but somehow she managed to fit in both a dishwasher and a breakfast bar. The fitting by Gary and the team was excellent and Rob was brilliant in managing the whole process. There were a few hiccups along the way with items being broken on delivery (not by them) but Gary and Rob took it in their stride and solved problems straight away. An extremely professional company and very friendly. Would definitely recommend them.

They were helpful and organised and when any difficulties arose they sorted them out promptly. They designed the kitchen as requested, it looks lovely andeverything works well. This would be an excellent review but they need to sort out the end paperwork such as electrical certificates.

We do not usually participate in surveys but are happy to make an exception in respect of our newly installed kitchen to recognise the outstanding work of the Passmore team, from design by Julie through the stripping out and faultless construction by Mick (a craftsman of the old school) aided by the skills of the specialist tradesmen, plasterer, electricians, plumber and painter, not forgetting the helpful input of Project Manager Rob. Nice people to deal with - thanks to all. Not the cheapest but probably the best!

Excellent service as usual form Passmore…
Excellent service as usual from Passmore. They did a brilliant job replacing our shower room 2 years ago so we were confident that we would get the same treatment with our kitchen and are not disapointed.
Gary our fitter did an excellent job fitting our kitchen in the expected timeframe and to a standard that we are very happy with. The rest of the team performing the underlying building, heating and electrical work were also excellent. Passmore were happy to come up with solutions to a number of issues that were discovered once the work started on our old bungalow with no additional cost to ourselves beyond the original quote which was fantastic.

Martin is an absolute star. The job he has done on our kitchen is absolutely fantastic. Nothing is to much trouble & he’s as much of a perfectionist as I am!
Credit also needs to be given to Rob who despite a global pandemic & everything it contains managed to keep all the plates spinning.
The only thing I’d say Passmore could improve, is their communication, as there were times it felt like we didn’t know what was going on but given the benefit of hindsight, in the current situation that’s probably understandable.

New Kitchen and Bifolds
Having researched and read positive reviews online we requested a quote from The Passmore Group. Julie Gokce (kitchen designer) made an initial visit to look at existing space and to formulate some initial ideas. Julie was brilliant and produced a full, to scale, drawing of potential options during this first meeting!! We then followed up with a visit to showroom where we looked at finer detail and CADs of the kitchen. Again, Julie was excellent and attended fully to all of our queries and concerns. We then agreed a price formally, which in turn, triggered the next stage of the project. Julie handed over to Rob Hands (project manager) who looked after the entire build from start to finish. He carried out a full survey of works and produced an accurate schedule for each aspect to be carried out. Work commenced on time and every detail was considered and done properly! Andy Smith (main installer) was first class in every way.....his meticulous approach to each aspect of the fit gave us confidence that the kitchen would more than meet our expectations! James (electrician) was brilliant too - he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us. Rob worked closely with the whole team to ensure everything was as agreed and planned. Communication throughout was excellent.
We would not hesitate to recommend the Passmore Group to anyone considering a new kitchen.....rest assured it will be done properly from start to finish and worth the investment!

Kitchen/garage conversion 2020.
After 6 years of talking about converting our garage and kitchen, we finally took the plunge. Julie brought our ideas to life with her expertise, and added professional flair to the design. Our project manager, Rob was always contactable and available when we needed anything and kept the 7 week project moving along as much as possible. A new kitchen at last.
We recently had a new kitchen fitted after 25 years of putting up with our old one. Thanks to Julie who came up with some very good ideas and managed to put a good range of units into a very small space. Thanks to Rob, the project manager, who ensured that all aspects of the work ran smoothly. A special thanks to Martin who did everything from knocking the old kitchen out , plastering, setting up the new units, fitting the new appliances, laying the floor tiles and even doing the painting. His attention to detail was superb, nothing was too much trouble. We are very happy with our new kitchen and would definitely recommend Passmore.
