I purchased their hood-hinge-mounted ditch light brackets, and I'm very impressed. The brackets are sturdy, well-made, and fit perfectly.

These are nice lights. I’m glad i got them.
Only problem was one of the connectors didn't fit. I had to spend 5 hours on youtube to find what had to be ground down to make it fit. Technical support said to push harder - that was never going to work. I compared the old and new connectors and it was obvious what needed to be done. Once i got the grinder out, it fit fine.

I bought lights less than 30 days ago. They came out with new lights that are brighter, more customizable, and cheaper than what I paid. Since they have a 30 day return window I asked to exchange for the new lights. They refused because the new lights that were out the day I asked about the exchange are back ordered 3 months. I’ve bought other lights for a tacoma in the past so over $3300 on headlights from the company. I wasn’t asking for a discount or a refund simply an exchange but they are unmoved. Just stating policy time frame for the exchange when it’s their fault it’s back ordered. I said fine I’ll return them. They said I have to pay to return them AND lose 10% of the total cost so $140 to return. What a joke of a company. I liked the product but will NEVER buy again with such horrible customer service. Zero alternative zero solutions just deal with it.

Lights were easy to install and provide much better visibility than OEM headlights. (Nissan 370z)

There was a small shipping damage but the customer service was fast to respond and I received replacement headlights quickly. Thanks you Priscilla for handling the situation.

This review is specifically for CSRs Dante and Roshauna... They went above and beyond, working with their management team, to make sure an order I placed was delivered on time and included all items.

I'd ordered the 5th GEN 4Runner XBG LED Grille which shipped out on 22 June. It was sent via USPS and was divided into two shipments (tracking numbers). One was received, the other (still) not. Working with Dante and Roshauna they made sure that the missing items were sent to me FedEx overnight so I could get this installed in time for an upcoming road trip. Multiple phone calls and emails later they were able to solve my issue. The phone calls and emails were to work out the fine details of this order and to provide photos for clarity.

I appreciate the effort both of you put in to this to make sure I was taken care of and make things right.

This is a great company with great products and FANTASTIC customer service. I've purchased from them many times and will continue to do so.

Fast and friendly great service

Amazing customer support, especially as an international customer from Germany.

I ordered from Morimoto and had my package shipped all the way to Germany. Unfortunately, the package was marked as delivered, even though neither I nor any of my neighbours had signed for it. As someone ordering from Germany, that kind of situation is stressful because you immediately start thinking about dealing with FedEx internationally, possibly needing legal help, and trying to get the shipping company to take responsibility.

Morimoto stepped in and handled the issue with FedEx themselves. They took care of the problem instead of leaving me alone with it, and they even sent me a replacement package. That level of support is honestly amazing.

I also had some trouble ordering through their website, possibly because they are currently updating it. PayPal would not go through, but after contacting customer support, they helped me place the order manually and even applied a discount code for me.

Overall, Morimoto’s customer support was outstanding. Problems with international shipping can happen, but the way they handled it was perfect. As a customer from Germany, I felt taken seriously and well taken care of. Highly recommended.

The products are great! I accidentally ordered the wrong rear lamps and contacted them to see if I could exchange them. They made the process very easy and seamless and sent me the exchange and I had it within the same week. Loved working with them and look forward to buying more things!
