Following notification to Morphy Richards a substantial discount was offered on a replacement unit. We found this gesture of goodwill by the Customer Support Team to be generous and offered in a friendly manner.

Faulty iron replaced without fuss

Almost two years into its four-year guarantee, the power supply to our Turbosteam Intellitemp iron began failing at the ball-and-socket joint. We have never claimed from Morphy Richards under warranty before but, after initial procedures had been dispensed with, they replaced the iron with the identical model, for which the existing warranty will continue. We are grateful to them for this as it gives us confidence that the guarantee means what it says.

I had a problem with a steam generator…

I had a problem with a steam generator iron after having a problem sending a video (because i am an old dinosaur)Alex sent me a link and it went no problem.
The issue was then resolved very quickly so very happy with the level of service.

An amazing invention.

It's a kettle . I put water in it, connect it to a power supply, and it boils the water for me. 100 percent every time.

Excellent experience

Most awful company ever

Most awful company ever. Paid for my items told me they was on the way about 2 weeks ago to then only tell me yesterday I never collected from parcel shop. I paid for delivery to my door not parcel shop . Refunded my money still kept my delivery charge. Bad customers service dont buy from them . I wasnt even worried about thr refund I just wanted another set of toaster snd kettle sent down but nope they just weren't helping. Never buy from these people again .

In terms of delivery, we use DPD, and they provide proactive updates throughout the process, including delivery windows and options to reschedule the day or redirect the parcel if you’re not going to be home. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, DPD may redirect the parcel to a nearby collection point to avoid repeated failed delivery attempts and to reduce environmental impact. This process is also outlined in our terms of sale.

That said, we do understand how frustrating this situation must have felt from your side, especially if expectations around home delivery weren’t met. We’d really like the chance to investigate exactly what happened with your specific order and make sure this is properly addressed.

Excellent 5 star customer service via webchat

Excellent 5 star customer service via webchat - you can actually get through quickly to chat to a real human not just a "bot"! You fill in brief details online and select “chat to a real person”. The advisor was super-helpful answering my technical questions about the Cassini microwave (yes it has 10 power levels, the inside measurements are 178mm high x 315 wide x 296 deep and yes the Mico round grill does fit inside).
Afterwards I received a link to discounts offered (up to 20% off buying direct from Morphy R) and yes the discount code did work today when I put my order in online!
