In the mix again!

Having had our breadmaker for many years, but with little use, it would no longer mix so thought a mechanical issue. Morphy Richards were approached, who were sympathetic & Jack dealt with the issue & we were offered a third discount on a new one. This was dealt with swiftly.

Faulty Soup maker

I received nothing but kindness from Jack at Morphy Richards. When it became obvious that my appliance was faulty and as my soup maker was out of stock, I received a top of the range replacement. Very pleased with my new appliance.

Excellent customer service

The inner pot of our slow cooker started to blister after only a handful of uses. Despite not having the receipt or proof of purchase MR have sent out a replacenent. The customer service was prompt and more than helpful.

Great Service

Recently, I reached out to Morphy Richards customer service seeking information on how to obtain a user manual for my Morphy Richards Air Fryer. My intention was simply to enquire about the possibility of purchasing the manual.

We recently had cause to contact…customer service

We recently had cause to contact customer service regarding a replacement steam generator iron. Our iron had broken and we in initially asked how this could be overcome. Your customer service agent Jack was able to suggest some solutions but to no avail. We eventually purchased a new steam generator iron and despite having a hiccup along the way Jack was able to conclude the matter in an extremely satisfactory way from our perspective. We are very grateful to him for all the help and advice he was given us and he deserves the highest praise for being an excellent representative of Murphy Richards.

Prefer to speak in person

I am in my late 60s and not tech savvy
My dealings were all done by email. Although eventually all sorted taking photos and video and attaching to email I did not find easy. Would prefer to speak to someone.
Taking a video of an iron not working!!!
Even when email sent I had to ring again (not same person) to check all ok. Then told 3-5 working days for email to be dealt with!!
Thankfully iron now replaced.

Very Helpful

The Customer Service was very understanding and helpful with constructive instruction re: the problem I had experienced with my Soup Maker which was several years old. They offered me a discount with free delivery if I chose to replace it!

The basic design looks logical at…

3 Tier Steamer

The basic design looks logical at first. The first problem is identifying the individual sections. We eventually found that each section base is marked on the green lugs top middle and bottom. These are difficult to read unless viewed in bright light. The largest section is at the top and the smallest is at the bottom! The clear plastic pieces (3 different sizes were difficult to identify. We eventually saw that they are printed in a tiny font on one side of a tiny lug. Without this information you have 18 combinations of assembly. The enclosed instruction book does NOT identify how the different sized components can be identified. Only by chance after a struggle did we notice identification marks on the separate elements. I expected better from Morphy Richards!

Why not make all the bases, sections and lid one size and interchangeable. The difference between the bottom and top sizes is marginal!

Decent machine

I have been using the Equip filter coffee machine for a year now and it consistently brews well. While the spout on the carafe can occasionally drip when pouring, the machine otherwise performs exactly as needed. When my unit eventually developed a fault, the company replaced it promptly. Overall, I am satisfied with both the product and the level of customer service provided.

Lousy customer service

Bought a toaster about 4 months ago.The lever will not keep the bread in place as it will not lock down.Tried to claim on my three year warranty and was told I had to send a video of the machine something I have no idea how to do.The company reply was get someone else to do it for me or there is no way they can help.So much for customer service.
