I found from day one from meeting our Mortgage Advisor Mark to be friendly. He made me & my partner to feel welcome and even though he was professional it felt like we were having a chat with a friend. I found the whole team were exceptional with their service.

Wow, we used Lisa for our mortgage and there aren’t enough words to say how grateful we are for Lisa and her support. Very stressful at times, but Lisa was always on the end of the phone (email) and no questions seemed too much. Lisa made the whole process easier with her support and attention to us. We couldn’t have asked for better. We also had interactions with Karen, and she was just as amazing too! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Sam was great with us from the get go, taking the time to go through our circumstances, but making the effort to actually understand what was a best fit for us, without being pushy for his own gain. You can tell Michael Usher is a genuine outfit, doing the best for their clients. We found the service professional, but warm and personable. We felt totally at ease that they knew what they were doing, and had regular communication and follow ups throughout the whole process, including from a fellow Mortgage advisor, Anna, who also chased our solicitors and estate agents for updates to keep them on the ball. When our first sale fell through, due to sellers introducing a chain, we had any questions answered and were not recharged for the mortgage illustration on the second property. This was a great reassurance as it was our first home and made such a difference. Overall very happy and will definitely return when we come to renew. Very happy with the price paid. Michael Usher were honestly the best part of our first-time buying experience.

Mark Bateman helped us out with three potential mortgages, 2 of which fell through due to issues with the properties and a third which we can now call home. His help and patience with us was endless and his knowledge of the whole process helped us greatly. The mortgage side of buying somewhere never once proved to be problematic with Mark brokering it and we always felt welcome to call and get updates when needed.

Amanda Fisher then continued to provide us regular updates on the entire process which meant we rarely had to chase all the parties involved, which was really helpful when we were so busy with everything else in life.

Overall an amazing team and we would recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage, super helpful, friendly and efficient.

This was the 3rd time of going to Vicki for a re-mortgage. The minimal charge is well worth it for the deals she can find that i could not. Always contactable and always only too happy to help and support with my silly questions.

Vicki at MUM is always friendly, thorough and explains the processes you going through really well. No question is too much to ask and if she does not know the answer she will find out and always come back to you. I always feel comfortable with Vicki because the service is more than just mortgage figures.

I have used Michael Usher and there Team for over 15 years now. There is nothing they cannot do especially Sean.....he always makes it work and goes above and beyond for his clients . Anything I have had to do they take it off my hands and everything is free flowing and there communication is top knotch!
