I approached Michael Usher Mortgage Services for advice on how I could raise a mortgage to help my step son get on the property ladder. Had an excellent experience with Vicki from start to finish with the mortgage for new build property.

She spent plenty of time going through all the options with me and ensuring that I had the best options for the new build scenario, as did not know their were specific deal extension options offered when buying a new build.
