Much improved now. They have a new customer service person in place. My previous experience with them was terrible. My most recent has been night and day different.

Amazing flavours and great service
I've tried all the flavours apart from cola and have to say they are all really nice.
Finally kicked nicotine entirely with the nicotine free ones and I have a pot of the caffeine (boost) ones for the gym which work great.

Found the surge initially too strong but had a feedback call from a nice lady there. Got the feeling that Muse genuinely does care and takes all feedback on good and bad and actually acts on what is said.
They sent me my favourite flavours in the lower strength and these are spot on. Cheers Muse

Good alternative when you're not able…
Good alternative when you're not able to vape, such as in shops and such. However, it's also good for replacing vapes or cigarettes altogether. If you're new to them, start with a low milligram dosage, then work your way up to see what's right for you.

Excellent
Been using muse for a while now and I can't complain. The customer service is great but more than that is the product. Amazing taste, big range of flavours and selection of strengths. Would highly recommend these pouches!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your first experience with our pouches wasn’t quite what you expected. Nicotine pouches can feel strong for first-time users, and it’s always recommended to start with a lower strength to see what works best for you. We appreciate you giving them a try and hope you might find another product in our range that better suits your preferences.

Great company great choice especially caffeine pouches. But don’t like the sweet after taste.
Great company, great choices, I love the idea of the caffeine pouches and zero nicotine pouches. I ordered 6mg nicotine, the lowest caffeine pouch and the zero nicotine pouches. They arrived quickly flavours were okay but I really dislike pouches that after a short time leak sweetness taste. Many brands do. That’s the only negative.

Thank you for your detailed feedback! We’re glad to hear you’re enjoying our range, including the caffeine and zero nicotine pouches, and that your order arrived quickly. We appreciate your note regarding the sweet aftertaste — some pouches do release flavour over time, which can create that sensation. Your feedback helps us continue to improve our products. We truly value your support and hope you continue to enjoy our offerings!
