This company seemed good from my initial dealings with them, but that soon turned around when I needed a refund.
I purchased some items, which arrived on time, but some items were missing and others were damaged.
I have called and called, and called and called again. I have spoken to their customer service department countless times, who seem polite, but they don't do very much. They just take your details and promise someone will call back, and no one ever does.
SHABBY customer service.
I am still without a refund and exchange.
AVOID THIS COMAPNY AS THEY SEEM TO BE SCAMMERS!!!

Intolerable service experience
Your communication process and customer service is intolerable. I’ve never experienced anything like it. You make it impossible for your customers and to be honest my order with you was very stressful.

DO not touch this business
DO not touch this business, Sent the wrong items and messed up my launch and the delivery got separated and the second hal did not turn up until two days later.
I have tried three time to get this company to collect and refund and i just get fobbed off, it is always someone elses fault or the wrong department

What a great find this company is
What a great find this company is. Some wonderful products at really sensible prices. Delivery was excellent. Driver who delivered could not have been more helpful. Will certainly be using again.

Had to wait 6 days from ordering for my order to be dispatched and 1 extra day for delivery so 7 days just to get my order I've ordered lots of times from this company but I'm thinking of stopping customer service is slow and when they say they will get in touch they never do

After the initial shock of being charged pallet rate for 1 box !!!
All improved the following morning with an appropriate repayment brought things back to reality.
Product is as expected.

Disgusting customer service, do not use these. They have taken over a thousand pound from me and ever time I get in contact they will take a message but never call you back. They won’t refund my order and the item I’ve ordered they have confirmed is out of stock. Scammers
