It's a great platform to understand your eating habits and patterns so that you can get advice and tweak your sleep, eating and exercise routine to get the best results that are personalised to you. The platform even includes exerice suggestions as well as some additional insight into caffeine impact on you as well as which vitamins and minerals are helpful to you and also to prevent COVID-19. Great service!

Very interesting and useful. It helped me with a medicine that I was needing to take but with strong side effects. With the test, I found an alternative medicine.

myDNA is an excellent innovative "tool" to see how your particular DNA works with many everyday prescription medicines, vitamins, which foods are best for you based on your DNA, how particular genes determine things like your body weight (fat storage etc) and how regular exercise is important if you have a certain gene that makes you more prone to weight gain than people without that gene - further I also learnt how my DNA affects my skin in terms of what is likely to happen as I age and what I can do/use to help minimise the impact of those processes (a Personalised Skin Care Plan) - the final report I received was how caffeine (coffee) affects me based on my genes - all very interesting and educational and hence I highly recommend myDNA.

Everyone should do this test. It has turned my life around for the better.

I had a really tough time getting onto antidepressant medication for anxiety. I tried nearly 15 medications which all gave me terrible side effects or my body just couldn't handle. Thanks to MyDNA my doctors had a clear road map to direct me to what medications would work for me to lead me on my path to healing at last. Best of all I have this information forever now so if I ever need to go on medications again my doctors can refer to this. MyDNA should be a mandatory step before prescribing any heavy duty medications in my opinion. Would love to see this more integrated into our every day healthcare.

The best thing I’ve ever done for myself

Super happy with myDNA! The results I received were in depth and I feel I am much more educated on how I need to fuel and train my body to get the best results.
The insights on each gene, what it meant and how it could apply to me was very interesting, detailed and informative. My partner also purchased this product and had completely different genetic results which demonstrated why we both saw significantly different results when eating and training the exact same. I would not hesitate to recommend this product to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness.

After waiting 6 weeks for my results, I was disappointed to receive patently incorrect information about one of my genes (possibly two).
I have read all the information regarding what other factors can affect the results, and these are not relevant in this case.
THIS MEANS I CANNOT TRUST THE OTHER RESULTS, AND ESPECIALLY NOT THE DIETARY ADVICE GIVEN REGARDING THE MOST SUITABLE DIET TYPE FOR ME.
I immediately queried the results, and am still awaiting the answer 8 days later (other than an acknowledgement of the query).
These are difficult times, but I don’t think this excuses these faults.
I will update this review as and when appropriate.

Update 24.09.20: Eventually, I received an email suggesting that I book a telephone appointment with a “Nutrigenetic Expert”. The only times available in the UK are during the night, as the UK is nine hours behind Australia. I duly booked a session, and received an email confirmation, followed a week later by an email reminder AND a text reminder. Needless to say, I did NOT get the booked phone call, nor an email or text to offer a reason why, or an apology. Therefore, I stayed up until the early hours for no reason.

Really helpful info... reassuring to know that my meals and workouts are perfectly tuned for my body. Very cool.

Having your very own DNA results puts you in the driver's seat in regard to your well being. There is so much misinformation out there it's hard to know what is best for your body. myDNA shines a spotlight on many areas of your health and the best thing - it's all about YOU and no-one else. As a naturopath I know one size doesn't fit all and much can be trial and error as we humans are all unique. Having the opportunity to have your genes tested is a game changer and I recommend it highly to anyone wanting to live their best possible life.

Absolutely LOVE myDNA. I love being able to see my genetic build-up and all the information on diet and fitness has been incredibly helpful. I though this test would just give me on-off results but I've been pleasantly suprised with an abundance of follow-up emails with new information and results. 100% recommend.
