Very prompt and polite communication when I made an error and needed them to fix it

I was quite happy with my order of pj pants. The quality was reasonable for what I paid and is super cute. I ordered a couple of sizes larger than normal knowing it would likely run small. A bit deceptive in marketing as it is printed and shipped from China and takes double length of time in shipping but was able to track online and was ready for shipping within two days of ordering.

My first order the sales team were excellent. I was provided with draft samples to approve and I got what I ordered. I liked the service and products so much that I made a second order.
That was my mistake.
The sales team was poor, I was never provided with draft samples to approve and when I enquire when I would get the drafts to approve I was told the shirts were already made and shipped.
When I asked again for the drafts, they were provided, which is when I discovered that they only used part of the images I uploaded. These images were similar to my first order but this time they only used half the images.
I brought this to their attention only to be advised too bad the shirts aren't defective so if I want what I ordered I could pay a further fee to have them done correctly.
I will never use them again and warn others on any platform I can, that you don't always get what you order and they change their practices without telling you ( what occurs with one order doesn't harken with the next).

Decent product. Great service. We ordered 16 shirts in 4 different sizes for a bucks and they volunteered to fast track the order to ensure we received them on time.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She loves it! Quality is great, I don’t regret buying it and will buy again later.

The socks came out fine, design wise. Definitely overpriced though considering the generic sizing and fabric quality is odd.
Also not shipped from Australia.

I would never use this company again, purchased on 7th December from an "Australian" business it is now 23rd December and no sign of my items even though it was only meant to take 10 days to get here. Now it won't be here until the New Year. They say "shipped" but then it doesn't actually get logged in any shipment places for 3 days. This business is made on bad customer service, false advertising and claims. 100% would not recommend anyone. After requesting a full refund they just ignore my questions in the email and copy and paste the same generic response.

Yet another garbage company that doesn't verify emails, doesn't unsubscribe, spams you forever.

Do not buy from these ppl they are a scam they claim they are an Australian company but items shipped from china. 40.00 for express postage 3-5 days and then the item takes 3 weeks to get here.I paid extra to have VIP service so its here before Christmas and will be weeks late. Customer service absolutely shocking. extremely annoyed.

have purchased the boxer shorts each year for the last 3 years and they were great. This year I bought my daughter a silk nightie/robe. It is so bad. So short and nothing like the picture. It’s more like a top. It’s a faded colour and poor quality with threads hanging off and the worst part is the picture of her dog is totally the wrong colour. It was over $50! 🤦🏼‍♀️ The response I got was pretty much too bad. No apology or offer to rectify. Shocking customer service. They just keep sending a generic reply.

First package went missing in delivery, and Jason and the team were very responsive in discussing the issue and generous in helping resolve it. And the replacement shirt that just arrived is a thing of comedic beauty:

I ordered a blanket and socks. Socks are ok. They are of a strange material but suitable for what I want. But the blanket was awful. Picture looked demonic with the squiggly lines through it and even the mauve/ purple colour was different. The company were originally quite helpful and said they would remake it. But when I emailed ( using the email track ) they said they had no idea and would a 15% refund be suitable? I was surprised but did finally get a full refund agreement but only if I removed the review on Facebook. The review is honest! Why should I be blackmailed to remove it?

Thought this was an Australian company, as the website says myfacesocksau, and says in victoria, I got a notification saying it's out for delivery in the United States, from china, I'm in Australia, will be interesting to see if I even get them!! Update I did get them, except because it's in China and I thought Australia I ordered medium and of course too small, paid nearly $100 for these pjs and it's cheap slinky material however the photo on them was very good!

The service was fast. It was a last minute Father’s Day purchase ordered a week out, and arrived to NZ on time.
The purpose of this purchase was a bit of fun, how hilarious is it having your kids faces on socks! Such a great Father’s Day present for my husband.
It was pretty funny when my husband opened one of the packs, and a sock with a strange man’s face was paired with a sock of my young daughters face. I emailed them and had a prompt reply saying they will remake & resend. I understand accidents happen, I was just impressed with the great customer service when I emailed to let them know.

A note to anyone deciding colours… The printing doesn’t go right around the sock, it’s printed flat on both sides, so there is an unprinted line down the edges, so I’d probably recommend a lighter base colour to make it less obvious (I chose black, so it’s quite obvious). The faces are printed clearly which is great.

I purchased a pair of personalized photo socks, when the socks arrived, I was surprised, my daughter's face was printed clearly on them. The customer support was very helpful and the shipping was fast, I got my socks in good condition and in short time.

This is my second time ordering from My Face Socks and they never disappoint! The second time ordering I decided to get the mens sized socks as I felt the womens size was a bit tight for me, but the mens fit perfectly. I did also have an issue with the custom text I wanted printed on the socks, but they were very quick and friendly in helping me fix the issue and I had a new pair of socks sent to me within a week, with ample time before my wedding. Thanks again, I love your socks!!
