Knowledgeable Engineer
The engineer installing my letter folding machine was Tom; he was a jovial and professional individual. He exhibited genuine interest in his field of work and was able to answer all of my questions and explain intricate parts of the machine. Overall, a lovely visit and would highly recommend!

Amazing help from Sean over the phone
Amazing help from Sean over the phone, with replacing ink cartridges step by step, I had no idea how to send a package and he talked me through how to do it easily, when I requested a manual he send me a link straight away for me to use.
I am so relieved as I started a new job and there was no one around who knew how to work the franking machine!

Always late
Always late, not a daily service, we all know post is held back and delivered together, complete waste of time. And the price increase is disgraceful for the pathetic service.

Franking Machine 2024
Rebecca and Shaun were both lovely and very helpful with their setting up and training on the new machine.
When the machine upgraded itself Shaun was able to talk me through the upgrade and put my mind at rest.

I recently had the pleasure of working with MyGroup Solutions for a high-profile event held at my hotel, and I must say, it was the best service experience I've ever had with a company, especially considering it was my first time collaborating with them.
From the initial planning stages to the execution of the event, Lindsey and Tom from MyGroup Solutions proved to be the epitome of professionalism and expertise. They guided me through every step of the process, making what could have been a daunting task remarkably easy and manageable.
What made this collaboration even more impressive was the timing. We were organising this event at the very end of the year, adding an extra layer of complexity to the planning process as well as transportation and staffing needs. Lindsey was great, honest and very knowledgable but not pushy! Machine arrived as promised and the installation engineers were very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend using my mailing room.

We recently switched our Franking machine supplier to My Mailingroom. Sean dealt with us throughout and was hugely knowledgeable and helped us all through the process. He even went the extra mile and came and installed the new machine himself. Really happy with him and our lovely new machine.

Absolutely appalling business
We have had to printers which we purchased outright. We took a service plan for the printers at the same time.
There was a 300£ bill that was missed, the company locked out our printers although we own them. We have provided remittance to show payment yet still we are unable to use the printers. Poor support and now costing our business time and money.
Would not reccomend this business under any circumstance unless you wish to work with a business that disrupts your business.

Hi Kane. Like most companies we do operate a credit control policy. The service invoice in question was over 3 months old and we had chased your accounts department on numerous occasions via post, email and telephone. We only put accounts on stop as a last resort and as you are aware we took your account off stop as soon as we received payment. Moving forward we would be happy to discuss maybe copying yourself into invoices to avoid them being missed in future?
