Incredible Customer Service
Lindsey has been our rep since I first started dealing with My Mailing Room, and has been amazing! She has always been kind and extremely helpful. No matter the issue we've had - with our Franking machine, our supplies, or most recently even some invoices - they have been an incredible help for any and all problems we've encountered.

She is always pleasant, has an aproachable friendly nature and gets back to you straight away. Tom at My Group Solutions has helped set up a folder encloser, printer, letter opener and franking machine with fantastic advice and help.
Set up has been painless and inductions have been informative. All are ready to go on day one. Really great service all round :)

One of the best contacts I made since setting up myself
I first contacted Lindsey from MyGroupSolutions in March early this year. She was the fifth person I spoke to (4 from other companies) and immediately stood out with her super helpful and professional manner. She quickly identified what I needed, sourced the item (letter folding machine) and provided invaluable advice of service contracts and making my business more efficient. Even after my purchase, my messages and requests for further services are dealt with instantly and I now trust her input for all my future requirements.

Folding machine
Tom lacey has been brilliant throughout the whole process made me pick the correct and best machine that would suit our needs for our company.
the delivery process was simple and was delivered within a few days of placing the order.
The training was very helpful and very detailed and didn't take long at all.

From the very first enquiry email I have received excellent customer service. Both Lindsey and Tom were extremely informative responding quickly to all my questions. With their guidance it was decided that the FPi-2700 would be the most suited to our company. On delivery, the two gentlemen set it up and then showed me how to use it again answering all my questions.
I am very impressed with the service received and would highly recommend My Group Solutions.
