Produse la care ma intorc mereu
O reducere neasteptata m-a ajutat sa i-au mai multe produse nu doar ce terminasem. Aleg mereu suplimente myprotein pentru calitatea si gustul lor 👌🏼

bad efficiency
Customer Service is not properly efficient, email is not available to talk on. Only chat bots that does not understand the issue. Also the refund is not given at the time mentioned on the page. And for us to do a refund it is very hard because the customer service is not the same person to speak to, you have to repetively tell the issue to each of the customer service representative. On the myprotein page it is mentioned that the refund is given in 3-5 business days, i returned 2 items, i paid the return fee by my own, even tho the size did not fit, return was given on 7th `july, no feedback on email, 14th july customer service said that the money will be back to me in 16 days, then i told her that on the website it is written 3-5 business days, and was solved.
Company is too low on efficency.

Card virtual - Nope
Am incercat sa fac o plata cu cardul virtual de la Revolut, iar platforma MP nu stie sa proceseze plata decat cu un card salvat in cont, si nu doresc acest lucru din motive de siguranta, din acest motiv nu am reusit achizitionarea produselor, pentru ca Revolut a blocat tranzactia deoarece sa incercat salvarea unui card virtual pentru palti viitoare. Si am observat ca MP a incercat ulterior sa traga banii cu acel card virtual lucru ce nu a reusit si ma bucur. Stiu ca exista metoda de a face plata fara a fi logat in cont, dar pentru asta nu mi se inregistreaza comanda in cont la istoric. Slab de tot!

Pe website scria ca daca comand pana la ora 00:30, comanda ajunge urmatoarea zi. Au trecut cateva zile de atunci, si unul dintre produse nici macar nu a fost trimis (restul comenzii a fost livrat). Sunt foarte nemultumita. Am intarziat comanda anume pentru ca stiam ca va ajunge intr-o zi.
