MysteryFootballShirts.com Reviews

I bought a mystery football shirt for my nephew for Christmas. He was delighted with it but it was too small. When I contacted the company they were so helpful and I was able to exchange easily for a larger size. He even got the same shirt which was a bonus for him.

What a wonderful idea, I have had three shirts now, and they have all been amazing! The cards that come with the shirts telling a brief history of the club are a nice touch, and I would highly recommend them.

A great idea and great service. Odered a number of shirts from Mystery Football Shirts. Great for a stag do or a Christmas present. Delivery is fast and we have never had any issues.

Great customer service! My son was disappointed with one of his shirts and Ollie was very helpful. Would recommend 😁

My mother in law bought 2 for my 10 and 7 year old boys for xmas and they both loved it and have asked for another one next year.

Amazing seller who is very responsive to emails.
Ordered on the 18th and arrived on the 20th - amazing service.

Will be definitely purchasing again as the boys loved the surprise.

The most arrogant customer service response i’ve ever had, item was left outside, not their fault but said it’s totally fine & can see it’s not damaged, unbelievable arrogance, they are totally unaware of the consumer rights act of 2015 .
won’t ever use again, just a horrible experience, avoid.

update , stop telling lies , it’s 100% you happy to show involce & obnoxious emails , i won’t let this drop

I left a review today and I mistakenly posted it for this company . I would like to apologise to the owner who gave me a reply almost straight away unlike the company in dealing with . Apologies again , wish idve bought my shirt from here !

Really impressed with the company. Excellent range of products and really useful flexibility on exclusions for mystery shirts. My nephews will be so pleased with their mystery tops for Christmas. Great service and fast response time to messages. Highly recommended!

Great service from start to finish. Ollie was great . I have used this company for a few years now and wouldn't go anywhere else . Easy to return and clear communication throughout. Great quality too.

We have used mystery football shirts numerous times, they are amazing. Prompt delivery and a great selection of random shirts always received. My hubby and boys have already added a retro box to their xmas list.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else

Brilliant my son loved it fits well added to his collection

Great quality in every top love ordering from this site

By far the best experience I've had ordering mystery boxes! When placing my first order, my computer accidentally auto-populated a nearby zip code that wasn't mine. When I reached out to correct the issue, Ollie not only responded quickly, but fixed the issue immediately. Also, when my order arrived, the quality of the jersey was beautiful, but I had an issue with the color of the jersey and reached out. Again, Ollie quickly responded and was willing to fix the issue on the same day! It's hard to find good service, but Ollie's dedication to providing not only a great product, but a great experience has made Mystery Football Shirts my go-to from here on out!

Excellent delivery service and condition

Superb service. Really great communication throughout, super-clear. The end to end process from choosing on the website, easily-navigable purchase steps, all the way to when the item arrived on my doorstep: easy, quick, swift. Oh, and the shirt is tremendous, too!
