Very friendly customer service, was very helpful whilst picking out the fence i needed. Was also very helpful with arranging delivery prompt and on the day. Will definitely be recommending to friends and be using this place again.

I hardly ever leave a review but these guys deserve One! A big shout out to Richie and all the team at National Timber, always very helpful, exceeding expectations, going that extra mile to get deliveries out as soon as possible. I recommend this place for all your timber needs, cheapest in the area, great quality and plenty of stock even during the current climate. Unlike other companies, I have not faced sudden price increases or failed deliveries due to stock availability. Always very helpful, and knowledgeable, providing excellent customer service. Good service and prices given the current climate, excellent service from "Don" the delivery driver - communication before the delivery and really understanding while delivering.

Great company to deal with from start to finish . All queries answered and ordering made easy , delivery as per quoted eta , driver really polite and helpful with excellent prices compared to so many other suppliers. Oh and the timber was all spot on , not a bent or cracked piece of wood . Definitely recommend to others .

16 June 2021 took delivery of 6x6ft summer house and the delivery arrived on time as promised ,the two guys delivered and installed the shed efficiently and were very pleasant.We are very satisfied with the quality of the summer house ,all a credit to National Timber.

Would high advise this place, it’s amazing!! people that work there have perfect customer skills and the prices there are perfect! Highly recommend this place!

Great choice of quality products, loads of stock available, great prices and very friendly and helpful staff. What's not to like! I would highly recommend National Timber, if you're looking for sheds, to decking or fencing etc.

Just recieved my delivery from Don from National Timber. Just wanted to say what an excellent service from start to finish and the delivery time was alot faster then any company in my area. It was worth paying thr extra delievry charge. Will be using National Timber again for my next renovation.

Edit: As per National Timer reply i never said your service was exemplary makes me believe my review was never read correctly, the only response i have had is on trust pilot review, no other response?. After using the gravel boards i no longer believe them to be good. they are thinner than standard ones, some were cracked, one bowed in on the side. so i would not recommend using this company, poor quality products, posts which we are still having issues with and now have to spend more to sort out, poor customer service. I am dreading putting the rest of the posts and gravel boards in because i know there rubbish. wish i stuck local paid a small amount more and had good quality.

I read good reviews, delivery times were half the time of anywhere else and actually delivered to my area. the prices were also good. Plus they done the corner posts in 9 ft. Day before delivery found out they did not have the corner posts, didn't know when they would be in stock, but we understand with covid some items are harder to get and as we wanted to get on with the project we could make to inter posts work. Found out it would be delivered on a flat bed which is not ideal for such heavy items, I told them my wife would be on her own and can not help unload. Told this was fine and there should be 2 delivery drivers to unload. One delivery driver showed up and had to get the father in law to help unload. The one driver was good, just would have been 2. Gravel boards were good no issue's. Posts were not very good quality, they were un-uniform, points noticeably different, not the standard slight differences in manufacturing. They all have a bow in them which makes is difficult to square up. some concaved on fronts, also dammed in the slotted area making it difficult to put gravel boards and fencing in. Also ordered I understand the back will not be as nice as the fronts but they were extremely rough. When my wife had a look when they came off she checked for damages and the right qty, these are issues you would only notice when comparing the posts to each other or putting them in. The backs wouldn't be noticed as they are laid on their backs. Gravel boards were good apart from the odd chip and one side was concaved but they were a good price but would not order posts again. - Richard F.

I have reduced the score from 2 star to 1 because the more posts that go in the more noticeable the poor poor quality is and how bad some posts actually are. Plus no one has reached out to me
