I needed supplies after another company messed up my order. The service I received was on point, they really went out their way to make sure I had everything I needed and they even delivered within a day of me ordering. I would definitely recommend them. My national timber experience was spot on.

Good price, Good communication delayed delivery but gave me ample notice. Andy the delivery driver was very helpful polite and accommodating. Would definitely use again.

I was disappointed with the quality of the goods received, the concrete fence posts were not like any I have seen before, the concrete used appeared to be low quality and was already flaking/chipping and not well formed and white in appearance. This was the same for the gravel boards, cracked, chipped and appeared to molded on site from the same low quality concrete. The fence panels appeared to be already bowing in places and stained with dark brown, I don't have much hope for these to last long. When I asked about a refund for the goods I have received no response after two attempts. I should have stuck with reputable suppliers than using an online company.

What can I say. Whoever operates their eBay shop needs a lesson in customer service.

I messaged this firm asking for a delivery quote and was met with non questions and statements. I don’t know how their pricing works, if they need information, they should work on asking straight forward questions to identify the information they need, rather than give off this ‘give a f&ck’ attitude

I shopped around for feathered closeboard fencing panels, I selected Nationaltimber, firstly for the price and reasonable quick delivery cost. I did think the panels would be cheap looking and not very thick, but to my surprise they looked superb with nice thick feather boards, all neatly nailed and no splits or damage and no gaps or bowing, all boards straight Panels were a joy to work with.

Bought some featheredge panels quick delivery. Fencing is really strong wood. Looks lovely now up. National timber is a really good company to buy from.

Ordered posts, European fence panels and gravel boards all products were of great quality and reasonably priced, communication was great, although the wrong sized posts were originally delivered this was rectified without any problems at all. Will be ordering from these guys in the future 👍
