I initially had an issue with a handful of 3x2s and a 4x2, couldn't call until the next day due to work however I was worried about calling after reading some of the reviews but I can safely say the chap I spoke to was polite and offered a refund or replacement. I needed the wood for a shed so I of course too a replacement. The driver was polite (I didn't see the last guy due to being at work but also helpful and put the timber in my garden for me) so all in all a pretty good experience so I would happily use them again and the timber is much better quality than what I could get from the local retail chains! Very happy.

Order delivered a week after placing and prices were very competitive. Unfortunately 2 lengths of deck board were slightly damaged but still usable. Andy who delivered was great - very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

The delivery driver was extremely helpful and friendly. He helped me put the timber where I needed it.
National Timbers prices are great and I find that they contact you relatively quickly and keep you informed regarding delivery status. I'd definitely recommend them to other people.

Delivery driver Andy was a good bloke and really helpful. However a couple of the piece of timber were in poor condition. I reported this to national timber and was offered refund or return but not till a week later, no apology given and excuse that that's the condition they get the wood in from their supplier. I needed the timber for a project so didn't have time to get this reordered therefore had to make do with using it as is. Disappointed that the timber doesn't appear to be checked or quality controlled before delivery to customer therefore wouldn't use again.

Brilliant customer service, the wood I purchased was of very good quality and after searching, I couldn't find anyone else anywhere close to the price, would definitely use again

I had my wood order delivered by Andy today, he was right on time,polite and very helpful, The wood quality was great and all in all a very good company.

I had 18 x 5.1m decking boards delivered to Brecon. Even with the delivery cost, the price was better than my local builders merchants. The chap delivering the timber was courteous and friendly and placed the decking in a place I could access easily. Thankyou very much.

Purchased some timber today but unfortunately the wrong lengths were loaded, which I didn't realise until I got home. However, National Timber went above and beyond to rectify the problem and delivered late in the evening at no cost. Timber appears to be of good quality too. Would definitely use again.

I’ve just had two orders of fence panels and concrete posts delivered today. The driver (Andy) was exceptionally helpful, he was very knowledgable about the products and as a result I will definitely be using National Timber again. The closed board panels I received were in perfect condition. Andy helped me put my deliveries in a safe place, something many drivers will not do. Andy the delivery driver off loaded 52 lengths of 5.1m decking onto our drive today as I could not be at home to assist. Andy did the best job and is an absolute credit to National Timber. Thank you Andy you are a star sir.

Outstanding is the word to describe National Timber and their service. Speedy quote provided by Sam and super fast delivery. Their prices couldn’t be beaten and the quality of timber is excellent. Will definitely be using again and would highly recommend.

Ordered 20 deck boards. Delivery was brilliant and the boards are of a really good quality. Would definitely recommend 👌 this company. Sleepers are my next order which I am sure will be just as good quality as my first order. Could do with a few more polite and honest companies like National Timber
