Couldn't of been more to be honest.

Ordered some decking in January sale, but didn't need it straight away, wanted the weather to improve first. They kindly agreed to hold on to it for a little while for us, which they were under no obligation to do. On the day of delivery, the driver (Andy) kept us informed as to his likely arrival time and was very helpful upon his arrival, offering advice about the installation of the decking. After looking over the timber, it was clear that we had made the right choice, excellent quality at very competitive prices. All round, a great experience!

Cannot recommend this company enough. John delivered my fencing. Such a nice polite friendly gentleman. He’s an asset to the company and we will definitely be ordering from them again. I will be asking for the same driver again.

An excellent customer experience. Easy to order online with attractive prices. Contacted with delivery date and arrived as planned. The driver was first class, carrying all my fence panels and gravel boards to the rear of my house. Panels are solidly constructed and better than I have seen from other suppliers. I wish I had discovered National Timber earlier. I will be ordering again.

I've had great customer service from National Timbers. Online ordering was very easy and straight forward. Sam was accommodating, he changed my delivery date without hassle. The driver Andy called me to advise that he was on his way with an ETA. He also helped to get my fence panels in as my daughter was pregnant and couldn't carry them herself. She said he was a lovely guy, very helpful and polite.
I will definitely be using National Timbers in the future.

What a Lovely guy. i have recently had a foot op and he helped me by putting all the timber in the entry. Timber was carefully stacked and placed in the entry. Very professional and courteous. Great Communication and a great personality as well. He went above and beyond to help me same as Last time the hubby ordered a timber delivery and couldn't get out of work . I couldn't ask for a more helpful and pleasant person to deliver our stuff and help me get it off the road. i have asked my husband to always ask for Andy to deliver our wood. You have a rare diamond working for you make sure you appreciate him. most delivery drivers wont help. so 10 stars to Andy he's worth way more than 5*.

Found the website by searching. Reasonable local delivery price. Andy called to let us know will be arriving in about 30 mins. Fantastic customer service and will definitely order again from Andy.

Fantastic service from this company from start to finish, easy to use website with regular updates on delivery. Andy the driver is a credit to your company, received a phone call from him when he was close to delivering. Letting me know when he would be with me. He off loaded the wood and carried it in to my garage for me. (Not many companies do that, normally just kerb side delivery) so glad I got this driver. I will place more deliveries with this company in the future, hope Andy is working on my day of deliveries again.
