Appalling customer service from Erin
29.09.26: I've just seen a response from Jamie [bit late - much like their deliveries!] in which he says they have now spoken with me directly! Well that's not true - he sent a standard email after the event - which does not constitute 'speaking directly'! Also I still haven't had the refund for the failed delivery!
They've now lost a customer of six years' standing as I have switched to another supplier who will no doubt enjoy our business hopefully for the next ten years!
Appalling customer service
We have been a customer for six years regularly buying 10kg raw food every 2/3 weeks. I placed an order on 11.09.26 but didn't receive any notification of delivery. I sent an email. No response. I rang just now and spoke to Erin who checked and stated she couldn't see the order had been delivered by DHL. She acted as though she was doing me a favour by saying she would get a replacement order out - but not until Friday! I asked given the circumstances that the order be delivered tomorrow not least as the error is on their part [either Natural Instinct or DHL]. She repeatedly talked over me and said they were at capacity and there would be no chance of a next day delivery. There is of course, at a cost but Erin was not willing to even try and remedy the situation. Due to her non-existent customer service skills I asked to speak to her supervisor. I was told Jamie would be on a break and be back in two minutes so I advised I would hold and wait to speak to Jamie. At this point she said "OK well then he can give you a call when he's free" and put the phone down on me!
Erin were you absent on the customer service training day? To put the phone down on a customer of six years' standing and not even attempt to remedy the situation by offering a next day delivery is absolutely appalling.
This isn't the first time we've had issues with Natural Instinct deliveries but these have usually been sorted out amicably - it seems there is a real issue now with their deliveries. I'm not sure whether the company has been taken over or there's been a change in direction / management but in any case this is a very poor way to treat customers. We will be investigating other suppliers and look to switch suppliers over a gradual period so as not to upset our dog's digestion given he was raised on NI and at the breeder's recommendation we continued with NI.

I have been with natural instinct for…
I have been with natural instinct for years , it’s a good product, although I do think the protein ratio has dropped which is not good for a working dog .
I am not a fan of the new subscription process , when I tried to reset it and change the date , it sent the product early and charged me early which caused a deal of inconvenience! Especially as the delivery driver did not leave it in the designated place so as we were out it was in the sun all day !

Disgusting
It took 10 days to get the food I ordered, the Couriers you use are rude and unprofessional and liars! I'm still waiting for DHL to collect £80 worth of stale food which is an entire HEALTH HAZARD right outside my house - quite frankly your customer service right now is worse than -10

Food is consistently late arriving…
Food is consistently late arriving despite being ordered well before cutoff time and often damaged with plastic in the food where breakages have occurred. No replacements offered, even though smaller versions are in stock. Offered compensation from previous issues, was never paid.
