Ordering was easy my oldie dog Jack and…
Ordering was easy my oldie dog Jack and my pup Milo love the food the only thing that was worrying is with the DHL courier,he has delivered the box to another house and placed it beside the bin in the open saying my husband had signed for it,it was only when I took my dog out I saw it at the end of the street,so this is the couriers fault not yours you are lovely to deal with

Good dog food at a reasonable price
Been using NI for a couple of years and sure there have been issues every so often but they are great at resolving them and the dogs seem to love their food so I am very happy with the service and product I get. Thanks!

I had to make three phone calls to…
I had to make three phone calls to Natural Instinct as they failed to deliver my dog food. I received the carriers confirmation of having my order the evening before but then nothing. I was away and it caused great inconvenience to myself and my dog sitter. Each member of staff I spoke to was friendly but casually informed me that the carrier could not fit all the crates on the van the night before so the food went back in the freezer and they will be delivered the following day (they were not in my case). These things happen but surely not three times consecutively. Natural Instinct need to improve their communication and inform their customers as soon as possible if they are unable to deliver. The customer should not have to chase it and spend time trying to get through. Very disappointing service and unfortunately it is not the first time.

Degrading service
Despatch time is slow. It used to be next day. DHL messaged to give a delivery time but dumped the frozen product outside 90 minutes early and didn’t ting the door bell to let me know it was there.
Service is much poorer since they were bought out. This is strike 2:

Had a delivery issue with frozen puppy food so contacted Natural Instinct and spoke to Liz who immediately sorted out the issue and arranged a new delivery date. As a new customer I was very impressed with how it was all sorted. Very professional and courteous.

Been feeding natural instincts for…
Been feeding natural instincts for around 6 years. Unfortunately the quality has massively gone down hill in the recent months. My dogs are even turning their noses up at the food. Their poo has started smelling again (all 4 dogs so isn’t something wrong with just one of them). Also delivery is shoddy and the containers are already defrosting in transit and they used polystyrene which is a nightmare to break up and put into waste bins and also the plastic containers are so cheap they break up and go into the food!
