Choice and quality at a competitive price .
I like the large choice of food available ,no fuss ordering ,speedy delivery and the packaging is superb keeping the frozen food solid as a rock I’m highly delighted up to now ,but ,and this is so important to me ,one of my dogs has kidney disease and appetite with this condition can be very poor but Harry loves it and the quality of the pure green tripe is good and exactly what my boy needs .

No food in the freezers!?
I came in for food and there wasn't any in the freezers. Myself and other customers were told that an order had been placed for filling the freezers but it would take a while and probably not before closing. I was there at around 1pm on a Saturday. I bought some sprats that my dog loves but nothing else 🥺

The service is excellent and my puppy is being reared on natural instinct so I'm continuing to feed her on it . My only groan is that the coupon number I was given from my breeder does not work online

New delivery lottery brought to you by.....
Previously you would be able to order before 1pm the day before and it would arrive the next day.
As a disabled person it was great as I could organise hospital appointments around that.
But past few months its impossible to tell when its going to arrive.
Which makes organising life and important life stuff around it somewhat rather difficult.

I’m sorry that the recent changes have made this more difficult for you. I can appreciate that the previous process was much easier to work around, as you could place your order before the 1pm cut-off and know that it would arrive the following day.
We do now have a dispatch day option at checkout, which allows you to select the specific date you would like your order to leave us. Your order will then be delivered the following day, giving you more control and certainty over when to expect it.
We appreciate that this may not feel quite as straightforward as the previous process, and we’re sorry for any frustration the changes have caused. We’ll certainly take your feedback on board, as we understand how important it is to be able to plan around your delivery.

My dog really loves natural instinct…
My dog really loves natural instinct raw food. We usually go for a mix of working dog chicken, turkey, or chicken and salmon/tripe. It always usually arrives next day and it's really handy to be able to pick your dispatch date! As it's frozen food it's really good that they prioritise delivery for the freshness of the product. My dogs stomach health has improved massively since having natural instinct raw food and I'm so glad I found this company! Very affordable too :)

Late delivery
The last order was late and in quite a mess when it arrived. Some of the plastic food tubs were broken and there was blood in the bottom of the polystyrene box. The paper wrapping round the tubs was wet and torn. Fortunately the food seemed to be alright. Altogether not a good experience.

Ordered a combination of raw food for your pet.
Ordered a combination of raw food for my 3 year old Bearded Collie who has thrived on Natural Instinct from a puppy.
Arrived on the door step by courier who actually rang the door bell and left when he saw me.
Food still frozen in the thermal boxes which has helped in this hot weather. The dry ice packs already exhausted.
