Last few orders have had issues
Last few orders have had issues. One not sent, requiring telephone call to have it sent.
Next order had some items missing. Another call to ask them to resolve. Was told it would be sent that day. It wasn’t. Further call and agreed it would be sent with my additional order. It wasn’t and some of that additional order was defrosted when it arrived. Yet another call, and my original order and replacement for the defrosted was eventually delivered.
I have used NI for years with no issues. They seem to have deteriorated greatly since the private equity firm bought it. Delivery is now slow, constant issues requiring repeated telephone calls. Not good enough. Making me reconsider further orders.

What particularly stands out is that you’ve been using Natural Instinct for years and previously had no issues. We really value that loyalty, so it’s frustrating to hear that your recent experiences have made you question whether you want to continue ordering with us, I would like the opportunity to make things right.
I’m also sorry that, after all the previous issues, part of your additional order then arrived defrosted. I completely understand why this would have been the final frustration in what has clearly been a very disappointing run of deliveries.
We really do appreciate your honesty and the opportunity to hear where things have fallen short from your perspective. Your feedback around the delivery service, communication and the need to repeatedly contact us has been noted, and we will make sure this is shared with the relevant teams.
We certainly don’t want you to feel that you have to repeatedly chase us to get your orders resolved, and we would love the opportunity to restore your confidence in us.

In my opinion and my dogs this is the best raw food on the market, looks good, smells good (for raw) and must taste good as they soon clear their bowls.

Poor customer service
Ordered on Wednesday am, food didn't arrive until Saturday. 8kg were missing from order, spoke to Ellie who was unapologetic and informed me they'd run out of Simply beef promised to call back when she'd discussed it with management. Refused my request to speak to them directly. No goodwill at all, even for a long standing customer. This is not the first time this has happened since Nuriment company has been more involved.

Resolved a weekend delivery problem…
Resolved a weekend delivery problem which was caused by the courier not delivering on the Friday, organised a fresh delivery with another courier for Sunday and cancelled the other one(which was sat in a warehouse defrosting!) Thank you for the time and effort put in over the weekend it was much appreciated

Good quality raw food my dog loves, it doesn’t matter what flavour you give him, it’s gone very quickly.
The food is packaged very well and still frozen by time it gets delivered even up here in the Scottish Highlands. It’s the best I’ve tried so far
