Ordering and delivery was problem free this time
Ordering and delivery was problem free. Overall I am very happy with their products and service; however on a few previous occasions ordering has been out of stock so plan for this with a bit of contingency, also next day delivery has fail a couple of times arriving the following day. I understand delivery options are changing but I have not tried this yet.

By far the best raw food for my dogs
We have used their products for many years after it was recommended to us by a vet at Crufts Dog show. The best for us by far has been Turkey and Tripe the dogs and puppies love it. DPD delivery like many other services is hit and miss but by and large we get our deliveries.

Poor since merging. Have left now
This company merged and went down hill. Warehouse and deliveries got beyond so left us with no choice but to change our puppies food. Gave them 3 orders to get it right but they didn’t so have now left. Shane cause our puppy was on it when we collected her and wanted to continue. Was ok for the first few orders until the warehouse merged and couldn’t offer next day deliveries. Even when they did get the order out the delivery firm broke the parcel.

Food is working for my dog
But the delivery is terrible tried a couple of ways and my last lot was not frozen I know it’s been hot.
Ordered new lot on Thursday morning it’s now Sunday and had nothing to say when it’s going to be delivered.
Sadly be looking for a non frozen food for my dog.

Natural Instinct for a fussy pup!
We've been using Natural Instinct for our puppy Bailey for two months now and it suits him wonderfully. He's a miniature dachshund so can be a fussy little thing. He hasn't turned his nose up at Natural Instinct once and his coat is beautiful. The packaging is great, I pop it straight in the freezer and it's easy to get out exactly what he needs for a few days. I'd never buy anything else now.

Totally out of thier control my order was delayed as there was a problem with their Courier Service. I rang them they resolved the problem straight away. And offered compensation their the mistake. One happy customer. Highly recommend. Will always use.

Time to change
I’ve been using Natural instinct from 2012 and always great never gone anywhere else now the delivery is so shoddy never comes the next day if order early day before and they leave it without knocking my door!!! Plus food is a lot less not full to the top as it used to be! I had ordered 12 tubs of food received 9 without and notice or refund or if I have another box coming! It’s time to switch I think I’m over this company since the takeover it’s gone down the pan!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - you have been warned
This company is unable to deliver products on time. When you ring them they are unable to tell you much at all about your delivery. They can always tell you exactly what day they will charge you for your order but then tell you it’s all down to timings of couriers. Not acceptable when delivery frozen perishable good.
