Cancelled subscription
I subscribed at Dogfest on the Sunday and set up my first delivery for Tuesday, completely forgetting I was going to be away. I tried to change it when I got home on Sunday but heard nothing back until Tuesday saying it was too late to change. So it just got delivered and has been left in an out house that isn’t secure and leaks. No idea whether it will be there when I get home next week or not. So I’ve cancelled the subscription because I hate things like that! When there’s nothing you can do to stop a delivery going out.

1st delivery was dumped at our gate…
1st delivery was dumped at our gate hours after it should have arrived and had defrosted. 2nd delivery arrived hours after expected and had defrosted. Numerous calls to Natures Menu produced promises to phone back which never happened. They just reimbursed and washed their hands of us. Not impressed. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years but I guess that doesn’t count.

Prompt help via the online Chat assistance
Having signed up for a subscription at a dog event at the weekend I wasn't able to log in to my account.
I explained the situation on the chat within the company website and an employee called Talya was extremely helpful and discovered that when my account had been set up at the event, the person creating the account had spelt my name wrong and hence I couldn't log in and nor could I get a password reset because it didn't recognize my correct email address.
Tanya immediately updated my email address and the issue was sorted within a couple of minutes of me making my initial contact on the chat.
Many thanks for the efficient prompt assistance.!

Good prices on the subscriptions
With the subscription, the raw food is much better value than buying it in the pet store.
Their customer service agents are really friendly and helpful; I accidentally started 2 subscriptions for my dog when I first signed up and ended up getting 8 bags of the raw nuggets twice in one week; they were really understanding of how I’d made the mistake and they let me keep the food but refunded me for the second subscription.
Today I spoke to Talya who was really helpful and put a credit on my account for a bag I received where some of the nuggets had started to defrost and I wasn’t happy to use the rest of the bag, although I’m sure my dog would have been willing to risk it 😝
I used to order from another company that delivered the frozen food in a polystyrene box that stopped the food from defrosting. I do think they need to rethink their packaging, especially as it seems to be the only complaint people occasionally have with them. I’m really happy with the company and how good the customer support is.

First of all, my young puppy boxer loves the raw food, she cant get enough of it. ( that always helps )
she is 5 months.....
But most of all, I had to make an enquire regarding my delivery, once a rang the number on the website, I was blown away with the personal customer service, I received. Very helpful.
Hats off to you guys, as this is a rear feeling in this current climate, as your always talking to AI or a machine.

The raw food is great
The raw food is great, my puppy loves it.
Delivery service is awful. DHL. Orders are meant to be delivered before 12. They take a picture saying delivered so they meet their deadline but don’t deliver it until around 4pm. Meat is completely thawed and which means it’s a complete waste of money when you buy in bulk.
They really need to change to a better delivery company.

Good quality food for dogs
The company emails before an order is sent,with the option of delaying a week if necessary.
My dogs love the white fish ,( no longer turn up noses and only eat when they are really hungry).
They are waiting by bowls each morning,for me to feed them ,and eat straight away.
