Navneet Gems Reviews

We have ordered a few thousand very small cabochons from this company now and are very pleased with the consistency.
Hopefully we will be continuing to work with you guys for a long time!

Very much enjoyed visiting Navneet Gems when I was in Bangkok. I was given the time to look through the stones in a relaxed and friendly environment with no pressure to buy. Very pleased with our purchases and I am allready thinking about the next order. Alastair, UK.

World class customer service with fantastic prices with even better quality gems

Beautiful stones.

Navneet Gems is a reliable supplier offering prompt replies to any inquiry, support to the development of new special collections and on time deliveries.

I found Navneet gems from searching in the google and when I came here, I found that Navneet has a very good quality, various Gemstone and very good service

It is very difficult to find honest dealers in this industry. However with Navneet Gems we never had any issues, even though I discovered them online and never had a face to face. Been dealing with them for past 4-5 years. It feels like a family business (as I have dealt with the father as well). You get great deals and great service. The person (I deal with Navneet, himself) is ready to discuss with you in regards to what you need and advise accordingly. Quantity is also not an issue, normally we purchase a stone or 2 at a time, and he's always ready to entertain me.

Very proffesionals. They kept me informed of the evolution of the order all the time. The delivery was on time as well.

The shipping was prompt, very easy to deal with, the items were extremely well packaged and were exactly as I had requested, excellent cutting. Thanks a lot Navneet! I'd highly recommend this company to people looking for quality gemstones. 5 out of 5 I say. 😁😁😁 I'm one happy client and already buying my second lot.

Our first business together was successfull, very good quality of precious stones, fair prices, I recommend

Recently, I had the opportunity to deal with Navneet. I was looking for some nice stones and contacted Naveetgems. In the first e-mail reply itself, I was told that they concentrate on corporate business and not retail. However, when I mentioned that it was for a special occasion (25th anniversary), without any hesitation, Navneet offered me his help and guided me in selecting the right stones. It was indeed a pleasure dealing with him - very fast replies with all the needed details, within a week I got what I was looking for. Once the selection was made, he arranged to deliver it within couple of days. Thank you very much Navneet for all the help, even changing your store policy for me! Your 5* service is highly appreciated and made us very happy.

I'm German. A walk in customer in their sales office. Really nice persons. The prices are very good, the quality of the gemstones also.

Navneet has been a great help getting custom stones cut to meet the needs of my jewellery line. He offers high quality stones that, even when quite small or difficult, are cut very well. He's always available for questions and comments through the whole process and is extremely helpful!

Navneet gems has been very reliable and accommodating throughout all of my orders and sets high standards for quality. They're also a transparent company and strive for proper cutting/sourcing work conditions and compensation. That's something that I've been happy with as well when working with them. After previously working with other stone suppliers, I would highly recommend Navneet's services to other companies who need high quality and large quantities of stones cut for their jewellery. They've been the best to work with!

I originally gave them a good review. Their product was nice. The problem is that they quoted me one price, and then withheld the last bunch of rings because they wanted to change the price. When I refused to give them more money, they kept my rings. I was out a lot of money and never got the final bunch of rings. Never again. In reply, I sent you the total amount that I was originally asked for. IF you were going to charge me more, you should have told me that before I sent you the money, not after you had thousands of my dollars. I will not send another penny, so we are still in the same position we were. You have the rings, I don't.

Great communication from the seller, good prices, and nice quality gems! Ordered custom shapes of lapis, moonstone and labradorite and all were very nice, I will be ordering again.

I have discovered the company on the website
So I didn't know if I could trust them.
They did a good job in a short time
