The oils smell INSANE
The oils smell INSANE! and my clients and me love them. My clients get more excited for the oil part now than the nail part of their appointment and say they cant stop smelling their hands all day! I think they are really affordable aswell so its great for all but especially new starters into the nail world. I also ordered the scents in wax melts for myself and now my home smells insane too!

Frosted Clamshells
Really lovely frosted clamshells, perfect for my branding. I looked everywhere for frosted clamshells and Nellie Rose was the only place I found that sold them at a decent price. Would be nice if there was some sort of business bulk offer and more delivery options.

Customer service is shocking
Customer service is shocking. Ended up having to pay £3.00 extra to total mail to have the parcel delivered as postage was underpaid. Didn’t even get so much as and apology just told it was not their problem and to contact Royal Mail.

Thank you for your review. I spoke with you over email and apologised 3 times. I sent as a small parcel as discussed and my boxes are the correct size for Royal Mail small parcel as my local post office doesn’t allow me to post parcels with the incorrect postage on. They check every single parcel I send.
I asked you to speak with Royal Mail yes as they have charged you wrongly. I double checked my parcel size this end and it’s the size they say on their website. I send these parcels out daily.
I am very sorry that you aren’t happy and you haven’t accepted my 3 apologies in email.
