I received excellent and professional service from Sarah Cooks team. As a first time buyer and having a previous sale fall through, the buying process was very stressful for me. Sarah was very good at keeping me up to date on the status and quick at responding whenever I asked for something. Sarah was great at explaining things I wasn't sure about. I 100% recommend and I'll be using them again if I move in future.

Jacqui Rossiter did my conveyancing and was recommended to me by a friend - I can't recommend her enough. She helped me to sell & purchase property within approx. 2.5 months. I heard such awful things about conveyancers so felt anxious about this process - however she has been fantastic. Reviewing my case each week, updating me each week, always on the end of the phone, really calm and reassuring when I was dealing with irate esatate agents and so thorough in her work. (Also, I got about 10 quotes and Newbold was 2nd cheapest - really reasonably priced). Thank you so much Jacqui.

I bought some land in wales so decided to use Newbold Solicitors and I’m so glad that I did all I can say is they have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish because I purchased my land through an Auction and you’ve only got 28 days to complete then your under a lot of pressure to get the deal done but having chosen Newbold I had no need to worry at all because they made the process so much easier then I thought it would be especially thanks to Melissa who was my conveyancer she was absolutely brilliant nothing was to much trouble she was always on the end of the phone to answer any queries that I had and always dealt with them with ease what ever they are paying her in wages they need to double them because she’s an absolute star. so if anyone out there needs a fantastic solicitor who will get the job done with ease you don’t need to look any further then Newbold Solicitors because they are absolutely perfect and when I need to use a solicitor at anytime in the future I won’t be looking anywhere else but Newbold Solicitors 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣%

Shockingly bad. Requested a call from a solicitor and they failed to call me twice. I don't understand all of the good reviews here as I was unable to even speak to someone in the first place. I can't imagine how this reflects on the rest of their service.

Initially I was told I would receive a call in a certain window, which didn't happen. I emailed to see if there was a mixup with my number or something, and they said it was their mistake, and a new time was scheduled. That time again came and went with no call. I will be finding a different firm to work with.
