The process / service from start to end was great and the personnel efficient and friendly

We recently used Newbold Solicitors for our remortgage to redeem our Help to Buy Wales equity loan, and we were extremely pleased with the service we received throughout the process.

I approached Newbold Solicitors for some guidance and support regarding a complex probate situation that I was unfortunately in. Anne-Marie was the solicitor I primarily dealt with and found her to be polite, supportive and empathetic towards my situation. She was clear about what the potential process would be and how this would need to be completed and remained my solicitor in this situation when I instructed Newbold Solicitors to act for me.

Newbold Solicitors (in particular Anne-Marie) were extremely helpful, compassionate and supportive in helping myself and my partner recently in navigating a complex and difficult probate situation that involved properties, assets and care home fees. I had little knowledge of how any of the process works or what to do following the loss of both of my parents and a sibling however they were able to guide me through the process and complete the probate with little to no stress surrounding the situation for me, knowing it was in capable and confident hands. They regularly kept me up to date and explained what was required, when it was required and how to complete things properly. They communicated regularly in my preferred method of communication and were accessible when I needed further information or was unclear regarding any aspect of this.

As any issues crept up in regards to the probate they were quick to seek an efficient resolution and kept me informed throughout. The services provided remained outcome focussed but with compassion for the situation that I was in. They continued to provide support when I needed to sell a property linked with this and had no experience of doing so previously.

Based on my experience with them I would definitely recommend them for probate services and services in regards to properties.

As a first time buyer the buying process has been an education but Rameen has been amazing throughout the whole process from explaining things further to keeping me updated and even answering my queries if I was unsure of something. Rameen gave regular updates throughout the process and replied to all emails very efficiently. Absolutely amazing will be recommending new bold solicitors to my friends and colleagues.

The Bethan Rees team at New Bold Solicitors provided outstanding service during my property purchase at Thorney Leys. They were always prompt with updates, patient in explaining each step, and proactive in resolving issues before they became problems. Their professionalism and attention to detail gave me complete confidence throughout the process. One thing I've learned from buying a house is that you spend a lot of time not knowing what you don't know. There's a huge amount happening behind the scenes and you're largely placing your trust in other people to get it right.

Newbold were excellent throughout. Communication was clear, responses were prompt and most importantly, there was always a feeling that things were moving forwards. Whenever questions came up, they were dealt with quickly and professionally.

A genuine thank you to everyone involved in getting us into our new home. We really appreciate the effort that went into making the process as smooth as possible and would have no hesitation recommending Newbold to others!

In my opinion, and experience...They are a conveyancing factory, nothing is priority and its a tick box operation, they told me they deal with emails in the order in which they are received. anything that is slightly unusual, they cannot manage to deal with. Their slow and non proactive handling of my leasehold sale cost me the sale and a subsequent loss of £30,000 in sale price, not to mention all the associated fees. I am a qualified para legal, so am aware of how things work. Newbold, again in my opinion, are not worth the money.

I will not remove this but I have amended it to be less inflammatory.
