Envoi rapide et soigné - Belle promotion sur mon parfum (que je porte depuis 1993 🤗) - Ravi !

Histoire en 2 actes.
Je suis à la recherche d'un parfum oud qui a bonne presse et le trouve à un prix super raisonnable sur le site. Ravi, je le commande en expédition relais et reçois le colis quelques jours plus tard en locker.
Et Là, CATASTROPHE: j'ouvre le premier carton (qui ne présente aucune trace apparente de cabossage), puis enlève la pellicule papier qui recouvre la boîte contenant le flacon. Flacon que j'essaie d'extraire mais dont le haut est littéralement cisaillé sur tout le contour. Du coup le haut me reste dans les mains quand la grosse partie du flacon retombe dans la boîte expulsant la majorité du parfum au sol.
Contrarié et énervé, je contacte le service client pour exprimer mon indignation et ma colère.
Le lendemain, je suis recontacté. On me demande l'envoi de quelques photos et bonne SURPRISE, on me renvoie de nouveau le parfum, cette fois reçu impeccablement.
Je RECOMMANDE donc fortement ce site dont le service client est réactif, efficace et bienveillant. Sans compter les prix très compétitifs

Je n'ai jamais eu de problème avec la livraison. Les produits sont très bien emballés avec soin. Toujours satisfaite. Un petit avis concernant les échantillons. Je trouve que les échantillons suivants le montant de la commande devraient être plus nombreux.

I've ordered from News Parfums numerous times, and have always been VERY happy with the service, the products, and the prices.
News Parfums also add free "test samples" with the orders, and thanks to those test samples I have found and ordered numerous scents I would have never got to know..
All in all excellent choices and good prices..

AVOID Do not waste your time ....or money. Terrible, maybe even fraudulent. 48 hr order placed on the 26th June...., by the 7th July, still no sign of order. Tracking said it was still in transit, since the 1st July. Contacted News Parfums...Roxane answered, basically said it HAD been delivered, when the tracking still said it was in transit. After 16 emails I was told that an investigation was now in place as my parcel had been damaged and that's why it was not delivered...but, yes I would have to wait another 3 weeks before they would consider a refund. I reminded them that I had a contract with News Parfums not some delivery company but they are still insisting they can hold onto my money and are refusing a refund. Leaving me with no choice than to contest the payment with my card provider .... disgusting and infringement of my rights under the Online Consumer Protection Act.....looking at their other reviews, it would seem a common theme yo blame the courier company for non delivery, in reality they should not be allowed to trade online....BEWARE

You stated that the problem is caused by the carrier, that is something between you and the carrier...IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ME.

They can take 3 years or 3 weeks to respond after your request for an 'investigation'...it makes no difference to me, you have an obligation to refund me the order total, an obligation that is laid down by law.

I placed an order with you, not Mondial Relay...you are continuing to hold my money illegally.

And this seems to be a common theme within your reviews....you should not be allowed to continue trading.

UPDATE 11/08/2025

Was told to wait 20 days on the 18th July while they 'investigate' with their courier service before they refund my money.

No correspondence, no contact, NO MONEY RETURNED...THIS IS OUTRIGHT FRAUD.....DO NOT USE, THEY SHOULD NOT ALLOWED TO TRADE

Problème de vaporisateur , très bien réglé par NEWS PARFUMS .
Service après vente très bien organisé, très satisfaite de ce site que je recommande à mes amies.

La gestion de l’envoi des colis est excellente.

Commande : Cabochard Grès EDT ; prix très intéressant ; emballage soigneux ; échantillons joints.
Je suis très satisfaite de mes commandes chez News Parfums.

Je me suis fiée aux avis avant de commander mon parfum habituel.
New Parfums arrivait en bonne place et l'ancienneté de l'entreprise a fini de me convaincre.
L'impression d'avoir fait une bonne affaire a été de courte durée, en fait jusqu'à ce que j'ouvre le colis.
Visuellement, c'est bien l'eau de toilette, le Classique, de J-P Gaultier, un parfum qui est le mien depuis des années.
Mais l'odeur...! Rien, mais alors rien de commun avec le parfum d'origine.
Dire que je suis déçue est un euphémisme, j'ai l'impression d'avoir été bernée, abusée naïvement.
J'ai voulu être sûre que mon nez ne m'avait pas trahi et me suis rendue dans une parfumerie où le parfum est en vente.
Si vous aviez vu l'air de la vendeuse et de sa responsable ! Aucun doute sur la "qualité" de ce parfum qui n'est pas un Jean-Paul Gaultier...
Impossible de joindre le service client par téléphone, alors j'ai fait un mail dont j'attends toujours la réponse...
