Really terrible service - papers missing or delivered in the afternoon. Spent most delivery days trying to find out where our papers were and if they would be delivered. Do not use.

Constructive criticism
We would like the bill to be clearer - ie each newspaper to be itemised on a weekly basis on the account.
We are unable to check each bill when it arrives. There have been mistakes however not easy to identify credits.

I rang to change my delivery items and make arrangements for my holiday. Estelle managed all of this with quick and efficient service. Her friendly attention was much appreciated and we had a little chat afterwards about the company which was most interesting. Well done Estelle

My paper always arrives nice and early and is neatly folded. I am delighted with that.

Very reliable (only one missed delivery day in 9 months). Delivery time quite variable, usually between 5.30 and 8.30.

Asked for call back, came though in under 1 min. Knowledgeable member of staff called Theresa. Answered my questions and helped me quickly set up a direct debit. Very happy so far with the service I have received from NewsTeam Group.

News Team have faithfully delivered my morning papers since January this year. My one luxury is to read the paper every morning!

I have no problems with our newspaper delivery. It helps us live a normal life despite getting older.

Richard was very helpful and took his time to explain everything carefully to me, despite the enormous pressure he must have been under as a call centre handler.

Estelle was so friendly. She was professional and very efficient and thorough.
These days it is very rare to receive good customer service from companies. Estelle was exceptional

I actually thought being organised through an online company, rather than a shop, that the paper delivery would be problematic but actually it has been pretty plain sailing! The company has been easy to contact and any problems solved. Today, there was a mix up with a new driver and Richard Lopez did a fantastic job organising a redelivery / credit for the mistake. He was extremely helpful ensuring future deliveries would be secured by including extra details for the driver and clear photo of the property. He was was polite and funny making the experience easy and a good laugh!! Thanks

A simple query was answered efficiently by Richard Lopez and I found him friendly and helpful as a Customer Service Agent. In general I'm extremely happy with the delivery service provided by News Team Group. Newspapers are delivered very early on the vast majority of days; very occasionally a delivery is late (ie mid morning) but never missed.

Richard Lopez answered my call this morning with no waiting time.
He spoke clearly, politely and informatively throughout the call and went to great length to make sure he had dealt thoroughly with my reason for phoning.
Thank you Richard, it makes all the difference when call centre workers clearly understand the nature of your problem and deal with it as well as you did.

Richard was very helpful, checked everything and assured me that my paper would be delivered today.
I have no complaint.
Deliveries are very rarely missed and refunded promptly if missed.

For two consecutive Sundays my newspaper has not been delivered .
This is the second time this has happened in a period of 7 months .
I have emailed the company and because on the Sunday gone ( I was away over the weekend and came back home late on Tuesday they have insisted on charging me because I did not report the issue on the day . So to clarify a refund was forthcoming on the 27 Sept but not on the 4 Ict because I missed the same day deadline .
It appears that a relative or a friend of the usual driver has been doing the round over these two weeks and it appears that he , I assume it is a he could not be bothered to find my house / location .
Newstead requested I send them Google coordinates and pictures of the property .
Heaven help us but this is what I would describe as broken Britain .
How difficult is it to find a location when drivers are using technology ?
Beggars belief ...
