Although there have been some delivery problems earlier this year, this has now improved thankfully. When phoning, the staff are always courteous and helpful and the assistance l received from Richard Lopez a few days ago was particularly good.

Great service
This company delivers a daily newspaper for my elderly mum. It is always there very early in the morning and on the very rare occasion it's not, a quick call to them sorts it out promptly. Had cause to ring today and spoke with Richard Lopez who was apologetic and proactive in seeking solutions to resolve the issue. He quickly identified the problem and was really helpful throughout the call. I would really recommend this company.

News team is generally very helpful in response to customer enquiries. Far more so than other companies. You get a prompt response and they actually do something.
