Had reason to call their Customer Support Team to query my Mum's bill. Spoke to Estelle who was nothing short of amazing. Professional, capable, empathetic and got the problem solved whilst on the phone at 5:30pm on a Friday. The last time someone worked their magic this well was Paul Daniels! Reliable delivery
We’ve used this company for several years & have daily deliveries. Delivery has been reliable throughout this time with less than 6 or so ‘missed’, sometimes due to external reasons: we’ve either had the deliverer return with missing copy or been reimbursed after reporting. The current local deliverer is absolutely fantastic, easily the best yet: the paper is on the doormat before 6.30am - my treat with an early coffee.

Easy and Smooth Change Over
Our newspapers are now going to be delivered by this group instead of our local newsagents. I phoned them to see how this was going to work and spoke to Lisa Petal who was so helpful and patient. I was talked through how to use my Telegraph vouchers and future billing. All explained very well and cheerfully. A credit to News Team.
They had already started delivery through changeover and it works very well.

Everything works well
Everything works well; paper delivered on time and accounts are accurate and timely.
However on many occasions the paper is not pushed fully through the letterbox even though this has been mentioned to yourselves and also the delivery person.

A complex problem solved
I have been a happy customer of NewsTeam for many years. However when they took over the delivery of Magazines Direct magazines recently I had a complex problem which the Complaints team were unable to resolve by using their automatic response message system. Estelle phoned me today and I explained the issue. She was quickly able to understand the problem and quickly solved the matter to my complete satisfaction. Well done Estelle!
