Everything works well
Everything works well; paper delivered on time and accounts are accurate and timely.
However on many occasions the paper is not pushed fully through the letterbox even though this has been mentioned to yourselves and also the delivery person.

A complex problem solved
I have been a happy customer of NewsTeam for many years. However when they took over the delivery of Magazines Direct magazines recently I had a complex problem which the Complaints team were unable to resolve by using their automatic response message system. Estelle phoned me today and I explained the issue. She was quickly able to understand the problem and quickly solved the matter to my complete satisfaction. Well done Estelle!

Great service and vety professional
We had been struggling to get my elderly parents' paper delivered in Dumfries. My niece found this company online and I phoned them up. They answered quickly and agreed to deliver the papers to them every day. Diane Webb was a pleasure to deal with. She was so friendly and professional. I gave her the card over the phone; they said they can start tomorrow. So let's hope so. She said they try to get them there is the morning.
