The paper is delivered early in the morning always there when we get up . Paying the bill is straight forward . I’m delighted with this service .

Yesterday Andy Adams successfully helped concerning the non delivery of my paper. Hopefully this action will ensure guarantee of future deliveries and demonstrate by delivery this morning.

I was unsure about the efficiency of this system but I have been pleasantly surprised. The only problem was when the paper delivery driver changed but once a new regular driver was employed the system has been excellent. Stopping for holiday went well too.

Following an email regarding a query with my account I very quickly received a telephone call from Customer Care Agent, Richard Lopez. Richard was polite, friendly, understanding and respectful in explaining to me how the computer had 'read' my account and what I didn't need to do going forward. He also asked about the company promotions which I didn't know about, and he then kindly organised a promotion offer for me. A delight in this day and age to speak to a human being and not an AI generated conversations. Richard is a credit to his company and himself for his efforts.

My paper is ready to read whilst I have my breakfast. No getting wet or having to venture outdoors.
The delivery people have it ready for me.

Richard Lopez was a breath of fresh air he was very confident and humorous in dealing with my enquiry about an increased payment he explained perfectly and went on to inform me of the free gifts that I had not received but I am now, he went through the whole account and sorted ownership of the account over to myself as I manage it for my mum , what a super star

My local newsagent closed whilst I was away. I rang NewsTeam Group, and was immediately helped by Robert Lopez to set up a new account to arrange delivery the next day. I am hopeful that the delivery service will be as good as the customer support service.

The papers are delivered daily in the morning. The people on the telephone are very polite and helpful.

Was having problems logging into my account last night so emailed customer service team. This morning Richard Lopez one of their operatives rang me and got me back online. He stayed on the phone with me to double check that I could sign in and out ok. First class service and never encountered that before and so speedily too.

Initially the transfer from my old newsagents to NewsTeam didn't work and I stopped receiving newspapers. I called support and spoke with Theresita. She took my details and has now set up my account. Her service was excellent.

I called today and spoke to a lovely lady called Estelle. She was most efficient and helpful. If only all call handlers were this pleasant and polite. Pleasure to deal with.

I spoke to a lady today who was not only extremely helpful but also a death of fresh air, it's not very often you get to a person nowadays so that in itself was good. It makes all the difference to the customer when someone actually appears to care about the customer, listens and does everything possible to help.More people like Estelle would make life so much easier..
