Our local delivery service stopped…
Our local delivery service stopped yesterday. We were told that our delivery would be taken over by NEWS TEAM. I Contacted the company and spoke to Diana who was very he helpful and explained the change and how it would affect our delivery service. All seems to have gone smoothly and we received our first delivery today.

continuing non delivery of papers going…
continuing non delivery of papers going back months.The company blame their suppliers delivering to them after their teams leave, but as my papers (when they arrive) are delivered before 6am and I am in a rural area away from their distribution hub, would it not be sensible to start slightly later???

COMPLAINT
COMPLAINT
Nearly 1pm and we are still awaiting delivery of our MORNING Daily Mail and supplement. I rang in at just after 9am to be told that we had 'been missed out'. Told it would arrive soon. Our daily Mail paper normally arrives before 6am.
I have rung again just now and got a ring back just @ 12.50 pm. I was told he was on his way and there had been a problem with deliveries and the caller insisted he was on his way now might even be on my road now. I have asked that it is registered as a complaint because we are getting fed up again with the wrong paper sometimes being delivered or no paper arriving at all, but I have a feeling it will not be registered as a complaint, hence my email & review. We are just getting fobbed off with obvious excuses. The last time we had to wait until 3.30 for our paper to arrive. Not good enough.
Update - we are in Sheffield, our Daily Mail arrived between 3-4pm minus the TV supplement which is important to me and I had stressed we also needed that delivering. Newsteam you will have received my email on Saturday marked Complaint

Early morning deliveries very good service cannot recommend enough.Well done only way we can get our newspaper delivered now. As a retired newsagent who had a very big deliver shop I know the difficulties of the delivery of newspapers.It was never easy but even more difficult now.i remember the days when customers complained when we put the delivery charge up by an old penny how they all took it for granted delivery by boys and girls before and after school in all weather on foot and if lucky by bike. The good old days😩.
