Early morning deliveries very good service cannot recommend enough.Well done only way we can get our newspaper delivered now. As a retired newsagent who had a very big deliver shop I know the difficulties of the delivery of newspapers.It was never easy but even more difficult now.i remember the days when customers complained when we put the delivery charge up by an old penny how they all took it for granted delivery by boys and girls before and after school in all weather on foot and if lucky by bike. The good old days😩.

Helpful staff.
On the few occasions when my paper is not delivered, I find the staff helpful and polite. Today I received the free Standard but not my Times. Richard Lopez assured me I would get it later on and it has just arrived at 3p.m. So I’m pleased.

I was very impressed how quickly they were able to set it up and were very efficient.
I was very impressed how quickly they can start delivery and we have an existing subscription which was easy to sort out, we just had to send the vouchers off by recorded delivery. Newspapers are now being delivered daily which is really important for my elderly dad now he is no longer able to drive. Diane who I spoke to was very friendly and efficient. We were also offered a trial of farm products for a few weeks which sounds a useful option for my elderly parents. I would definitely recommend the service to anyone, as delivery fee is very reasonable and service is great.

About 95% of deliveries are fine but there are some rare ones that are not made. The company is good for reimbursement and on occasions for catchup - meaning afternoon delivery. On the whole, a dependable company.

Ordering papers for a School delivery
I initially used the online form to requiest a delivery. I got no response for over a week.
I called after midday and was connected immidiately. The representative, Theresia, was able to set up my account and schedule a deivery for the next day.
I was disappointed in the time delay using the online system but very happy with the phone service.

Appalling service
We are consistently having our delivery well after 9am. Today was 10.50. I have consistently complained and today I learn that our driver is supposed to leave the depot at 4am yet today it wax 7.40x so with 120 drops is it any wonder he fails the committed “all weekday deliveries by 8am” as set out on the website. After some improvements in the new year it has returned to the appalling service we experienced last year. Just sort it out down here in West Dorset.

We are sorry to hear that your deliveries have been arriving later than expected.
We would like to clarify though that the driver is not simply starting the round late, they will have completed another delivery round before starting on your round which, currently, does not have a full time driver assigned to it so does require a cover driver. We appreciate that this does not resolve the impact on you but felt the clarity was needed.
The local delivery team and our recruitment team will be working on this and we have reached out to them for any updates on improvements and/or new trainee drivers being brought in.

Paper deliveries temporary redirection
I signed up for paper deliveries on 1st September and deliveries started 5th September and I haven't had a missed delivery since, so that is excellent.
I called today and spoke to a chap called Kip who was very polite and helpful as I have to temporary relocate for 2 weeks from this Friday 25th September until Thursday 8th October while I have hospital appointments.
Kip was very patient with me and checked that the papers could be redirected which they can, so it was a very smooth process, and hopefully i will get my papers as they are a real lifeline to me as I am pretty much digitally excluded.
