Terrible delivery and customer service
Had signed up for additional items to be delivered on trial.
Trial didnt arrive , realised a few weeks later and 1 delivered arrived . Several weeks later anither delivery arrived . Then realised they had been billing and taking money for weeks for non delivery. When contacted they refused to refund saying was our fault. My mother is several hundred pounds out of pocket now and no longer having paper delivery. Horrible for an older person .

Most of the time they do a great job delivering my newspapers. A few occasions magazines have been missing (my favourite reads) & on another occasion my newspapers were delivered to my neighbour. Just lately though, all good 🙂

Whilst most weeks are excellent there…
Whilst most weeks are excellent there have been a couple of weekends where only one of the papers were delivered and the cancelled one delivered the next week. Apart from that it is a good service

Delivery is mostly impeccable
Most of the time delivery is impeccable! Having a daily paper keeps our parents in a care home in their 90s in touch with culture and politics. It also makes them popular to breakfast with as everyone has a crack at the quick crossword - very good for fending off dementia. It also gives us things to chat about. It’s a little thing we can do for them that goes a long way.
