Tshirt is poor quality - 1 wash and the stitching at the shoulder came apart. Refund policy is that I get store credit or pay $10 to ship their crap back to them. So I paid $30 for a T-shirt that lasted 1 time through the washing machine.

Company has no phone number published so you can get help, and looking at these other reviews it is clear why they don’t want to speak to customers. They don’t care and they have your money so why should they do anything for the customer ?

Do not order from this company. They will take orders but you will not receive your merchandise. I placed an order in April and it is now almost September. The Order Status has been on "Shipped" for months. They'll probably respond to this review with the standard "We apologize for your bad experience etc...." but my question is, what happens to the items that are "lost"? Do they even have these items to sell? Stay away.

I made a purchase of 2 items on July 31, 2024. The items never came. After contacting customer service 7 times, I was assured my items would be shipped "the next day or the day after". The items still were never shipped. On Aug. 27, 2024, a supervisor told me the items were in stock and that I should cancel my order, and then reorder the items at a 50% didcount and that they would be overnighted to me. The items have still not been shipped. After talking to a manager, I was assurred that the items would be shipped on Aug.30 and Set. 3. I told the manager that I was told 7 times in the past 2 weeks that my items would be shipped and what should I do if my items weren't shipped when she said they would be. Her answer was that could cancel my order.

Take your money. Poor customer service. Cannot call anyone. Waiting for an item and I did not get any information. When I digitally chatted I was told they don’t know when they will get it.
It’s a shame . I wanted 1 st round 1 st pick t shirt and not available . Trying to support new rookie.

Placed two orders over 6 weeks ago. Have been given multiple bogus ship dates which never happened. 7 calls and 4 emails to Customer Service" only to hear them read from the same script of "waiting to hear back from the warehouse". Do no trust or use this company if you expect them to ship your order.

We purchased the NFL Tailgate Toss corn hole game. The bean bags are of incredibly cheap construction, many bursting at the seams after one use, all busted after twice used. A terrible, worthless product.

I received my order in good condition everything was good and was delivered before the estimated time that it was supposed to be shipped honestly don’t know why there are bad reviews🤷

Nflshop.com I'm just disgusted with your shipping team, and UPS. My order was placed 6 days ago, and has been sitting in Butler NC for 2 days with no updates, when I track the package for the last 2 days it keeps changing the delivery date, without any further updates. Why do you use UPS, then have UPS hand it over to the USPS, every dang time, it seems to take forever to get from Butler NC to Lynchburg Virginia, heck I can drive there in less than 2-3 hours. I'll never use nflshop.com of fanatics ever again....

Won a gift card from these guys that wouldn't work when trying to purchase something so customer service just said it had expired even tho I won it a day ago and their website says gift cards never expire.

I bought a Jersey in the 1st of February, paid extra for faster delivery, but my order never arrived and the package was returned to the sender, in Belgium,NY. I asked for a refund via chat, at first, Sam, the attended, said I couldn't get a refund, then, after I explain him what happened, he gave me the case number 240408-3D8-Y telling that the company would refund me, and I would receive a confirmation via email. But I didn't heard from them after that. It seems to be a scam company. Don't buy from them.

The sizing seems off. I ordered a ladies jersey in a size small (normally wear a size xs) and it is tight around the chest/shoulders. Also, it came without a tag which makes me wonder if I got one that was previously used. Overpriced considering the name/numbers are a screen print vs stitching.

Well I was told my order was lost and that I would get another top sent to me. The factory sends out the tracking information to the shipping company but not the merchandise. I was suppose to get expedite delivery but instead I get nothing. I will wait a couple days but if the factory can't send out my order to the shipping company I expect a refund. NFL Shop you need to work with the factory to make sure merchandise gets shipped out.

I ordered from Nflshop.ca. so I'm not sure if their affiliated. I imagine they are. With that being said, DO NOT order from these guys. My shipment has been out for delivery for 5 days now. I contacted the delivery company landmark global who are no better then these guys. They have a 1.4 rating out of 5 with over 5k reviews.

I also read some of the replies on here from nflshop.com and they are nowhere near what the customer was talking about.

I reported them as fraudulent and so far they are being investigated. DO NOT ORDER there is a high chance you will not receive your merchandise and you will have to go through the hassle of a refund.

Same story as everyone else, I ordered 3 49er shirts to be here by 9 February now they’re saying the 12th after the Super Bowl I will never order from the NFL Shop again!😤

Completely unacceptable for you to offer GUARANTEED delivery by the superbowl order 3 different shirts and hats with the expectation of receiving by 2/9 call Noone can say anything but I understand actually you don't.No merchandise with 2 day's before the superbowl... Now delivery is 2/12 after the superbowl smh FALSE ADVERTISING isn't called for...

They give u a delivery date then the excuses start when you need a company to care about the customer.first they said the dates never changed but when I said and proved it did.new excuses started.if u order on the 2nd..the 16th SHOULD NOT BE ACCEPTABLE.deal with it or return it after your long wait was there solution

I ORDERED A 49ERS T-SHIRT AFTER THEY WON THE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME AND I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION. IT WAS TO BE DELIVED BY 2/9 AND APPARERENTLY THEY CANCELLED THE ORDER THE NEXT DAY I ORDERED IT AND NEVER EMAILED ME TO LET ME KNOW. SO TWO DAYS BEFORE SUPERBOWL I GO TO FIND OUT WHERE MY SHIRT IS AND TO MY SURPRISE IT IS NOT COMING. WAY TO GO NFLSHOP!! THANKS

I read the negative reviews about nfl.com but was a bit puzzled. Some reviews were about problems with returns, or damaged merchandise etc but the majority seemed to concern delivery delays. Once a vendor has filled an order, delivery is then in the hands of the shipper not the vendor. From personal experience I have seen UPS completely lose tracked parcels and have had USPS Priority mail take almost three weeks to deliver an envelope that should have been delivered in 3 business days (to a city within a two hour drive). I placed an order with nfl.com. The order was filled earlier than promised and when it shipped, I received an email with the tracking. I actually received my parcel earlier than the estimated delivery date. Everything was on time and the merchandise was as promised.
