UPDATE: Fanatics Support contacted me immediately after this review and went above and beyond to rectify this situation and I am very pleased. The issues appears to be that "some" of the items on the site are supplied through a third party. I have changed my rating based on the way customer service took care of me as most businesses don't seem to care about customer satisfaction, but they do. NFLSHOP.CA - never again. We ordered a Philadelphia Eagle's Mug, if you search on it on the site, you will see a very colorful mug with a beautiful Eagle emblem on one side and "EAGLES" printed on the other side. What we received was nothing close to what was ordered. We received a plain white dollar store mug with a green "eagle" head painted on each side and a pathetic silver license sticker on the bottom half falling off. It took us two calls to customer service before the return was arranged and we finally received a refund - mind you, we had to suck up all the shipping costs. We will NEVER order from this site again. We have ordered many clothing items through the American site and have never had a problem. We were shocked at what this company actually sent us with complete disregard to maintaining a proper NFL image/etiquette. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I ordered 3 items with 2-7 days shipping received 2 of the items semi timely 5-9 days after. but over 2 weeks was never even notified of the third Item being unavailable and it has still been orderable every day since. Then they have the nerve to ask me if I want a gift card why would I want a gift card when I will never order from them again. The NFL really needs to look into better fulfillment options

It's pretty sad. You buy off NFL because you want an authentic product. I bought a jersey. It was too small so I sent it back. Took a month to get refunded. When I finally did,I ordered and it said ships in 2 days. A week and a half if finally shipped and when I got it, one sleeve was and inch bigger than the other. You'd think not a big deal but feels weird on. For $130 it should be made right. So disappointed. Won't buy from them again.

I tried order ordering the Salute to Soldier sideline hoodie right when they became available & well before Veterans Day to try and honor my father (Retired Army LTC) & others who have risked so much for our country. Unfortunately, I got a late message that my order wouldn't be available until Nov 18th which is obviously well after Veterans Day. I even tried to have the item shipped overnight & paid for it, but once again the item wouldn't have been delivered, so I cancelled the order. Super frustrating & terrible customer service as I didn't even get a response on the item being delivered late. Even when you try to plan ahead for orders w/ NFLshop they rarely deliver, so I'd suggest finding another resource for your items. I've spent too much money with this company to be disappointed once again. Terrible experience & I hope no one else has to experience it.

I ordered a sideline pullover, due to me going to my first game ever. They shipped it pretty fast and was in my state within 2 days. The order was place on 10/21/24, and it was in Georgia on 10/23. After 10/23, I did not check the tracking information again until 10/27/24. The tracking information had not changed. I became worried and reached to them and the courier. NFLshop told me I had to wait until the delivery date had passed, for them to do anything. The courier informed me the sender would have to request for them to investigate. I then relayed this message to NFLshop, and I got the same generic response. I tried multiple times and on different days to have them reach out but got nowhere. This was a complete failure on their part. How bad is this issue? This my first time ever writing a review, so this is how bad their customer service was in my opinion. Just check with the courier like your customer ask.

My merchandise arrived four days before the expected delivery date and I was thrilled. I purchased an over sized (for me) sweatshirt and absolutely love it, it is worth every penny! The email communication regarding my purchase was phenomenal from start to finish and I already ordered some shirts for my husband that I'm looking forward to receiving. Happy customer here!

NO customer service. Difficulty getting on chat or phone to discuss product prior to placing an order.

Updated: NFLshop reached out and allowed the return. "I have confirmed this is a current player from the drop-down menu and have set up a free return for your order." Appreciate that the Jersey was returnable.
Original:  Ordered a VAN GINKEL jersey for my wife. It was a selection from the site. I ordered the wrong size. When I tried to return, the jersey is considered a custom order so it is not returnable. When I hear the word custom, I assumed that would be if you personalized it with your own name. Will never order from the NFLshop again.
Make sure your jersey is the correct size because they will not allow a return, even though the name was a selection on their site. The site does not make it evident that the order would not be returnable. I guess byer beware.

NFLshop.com is a scam website. Do not purchase anything from it or suffer like we have.

They will also spam you with non stop emails that do not allow you to unsubscribe.

Worst experience ever. I ordered several hundred dollars worth of personalized items only for them to arrive and have two items missing. When I contacted them regarding the issue- they said the items were no longer in stock and they couldn’t not reship- DESPITE THE FACT that they are clearly IN STOCK on their website and available in the sizes I ordered. Moreover, when she couldn’t reship- they informed me that I would have to wait three days and contact them AGAIN for a refund. Also- their system for contact takes FOREVER- I was messaging with them for over an hour without getting any resolution for THEIR ERROR. I will NEVER shop with them again.

Hardest individuals to get in contact with!! Chat service is no help and takes forever to reply. They don’t answer, quickly hang up when they do, and has an automated message that ends up hanging up on you! Needless to say I’m probably never shopping at the NFL shop ever again!

I bought their very expensive hoodie Men's NFL Pro Standard Black League Wordmark Short Sleeve Pullover Hoodie and washed it on gentle with the hoodie turned inside out and did not dry it and when I took it out of the washer, I noticed the emblems were starting to peel back. These hoodies are $179.99. This should not happen! The emblems are peeling.

Since posting this, Sam from customer service reached out to me and compensated me for the issue but I'm also hoping that the issue with the emblems will be resolved because the hoodie is made of good quality material BUT the emblems should not peel off after 1 wash on gentle cycle and no drying. Please, please, please fix this! I'll reorder it!

I returned a Jersey which shows it was delivered to your warehouse on 9/10/2024 still no refund. 26 Minutes on hold to be told they can't issue a refund because of a system problem but they can see the order was returned. I want my money

Placed an order for a Lions jersey on 8/30 and card was charged the next day. I recieved two emails on
9/3 and 9/5 stating my order had shipped. Emails each had the same tracking number but when I looked at UPS site, it stated that UPS did not have the package. On 9/17 I called nfl shop and was told that the order had not shipped, but would by 9/23. I asked numerous times why I would have received the emails stating order had shipped and the answer I got was "sorry for the inconvenience". On 9/23 I checked again and UPS still did not have the package. So I called nfl shop back that same day and was on hold for 30 minutes for them to tell me they would resend the order extradited or refund. I asked for it to be sent extradited and was placed on hold again. I was told that i will recieve an email within 24 hours with shipping information. After 24 hours I got an email with my order number but the email never said anything that it shipped. I clicked the link and it said no orders found. So I called nfl shop again. To say that this phone call was infuriating would be an understatement. I gave her the order number from the email from today. She said it will be shipped on 9/30 and delivered by 10/9. How is that extradited? I asked and she said that because it's a special event. I asked what a special event was and she would not answer the question and I could barely understand her. She then asked me if I was familiar with the NFL!! I asked for a manager, was placed on hold only to be told no one was availabe. She then went on to say that because the jersey was a special event the warehouse sent the tracking number, yet it had not been made yet. She would not give me an answer as to why that is their policy. And went on to say that it was a special event because i ordered it in September. I asked how thats possible when I order it on 8/30 and recieved a shipping confirmation on 9/3 and 9/5. Come to find out, the order number from the second email was different than the first order number. They must have created a whole new order on 9/23 when i called but they never told me that. I gave her the first order number from 8/30 and she said the order was shipped 9/3. I said it was not according to your coworker yesterday and UPS tracking. I then asked her where it was shipped to which she then asked me for my address and I told her no, tell me where you shipped it. She would not provide it. She then said the order must have been lost. Which was never reported in the call the day before. I finally told her to refund the order and she first said it would post 24-48 hours. She put me on hold, said it would then be 24-72 hours. I asked which is it, and she said 24-48 hours. During this entire phone call I asked for a manager numerous times, was placed on hold numerous times and told no one was available. She would also place me on hold and not answer my questions. There was absolute silence but I refused to hang up the phone. I will NOT be ordering from this company ever again. It's one thing for them to say things got messed up. Never ONCE did they do that. The persons I spoke to talked in circles. So infuriating!

I was totally disappointed with the NFL shop I had problems with all my orders just as well as my refunds. Today a supervisor from the NFL by the name of Sam called me, he totally understood and addressed my situation.Sam made me a very Happy customer. I will receive my new jersey on Wednesday thanks to Sam in spite of the whole experience,and all I went through it turned out to be a great experience thanks to Sam. You made me a very Happy customer.

I wish nfl shop dot com would have reviews on the site where you order. Like other comments, the jerseys are iron on numbers and decals. Expectations were embroidered for the price. Would not buy again.

I wanted to order a jersey for my husband's birthday. I researched the different sites & chose the NFLshop as said it sold "officially licensed apparel" & they offered a military discount. In the past I have ordered from eBay. The package took forever to deliver. Upon receiving it I thought it was rather light compared to other jerseys that I've bought in the past that were A LOT cheaper. Opened it up and it looks incredibly cheap. The letters and numbers look like someone used thier Cricut and ironed them on. I could have done that!! They look like they will easily peel off. Had I known I would have spent a whole lot less and got better quality from a seller on eBay. Probably delivered a lot faster too!! Was excited to give it to my husband to wear this Sunday for the game...... LAME

Wish I had looked at reviews before ordering. They sent my shirt to the wrong address. Not even the correct state. I sent many emails and they have not responded. I have emails for my order but it doesn't show my order history. Site is intentionally hard to navigate and customer service seems to be non existent. Enjoy my money scammers. Its the last dime you get from me. I will be leaving this review everywhere I can and reporting you to the BBB

For months and months I’ve been really looking forward to getting one of the new Texans jerseys with custom name and number. For some reason my Texans are the only team in the league that don’t offer the any name any number feature and I have no idea why or when this will be fixed. It doesn’t make sense why it’s never been available and nobody from customer service has given me a clear answer.

Bad customer service. Poor return experience.
