I had a great experience with my mortgage offer process, Everything was explained clearly, and the support I received throughout was excellent. The process was smooth and straightforward, and all my questions were answered promptly. The communication, and guidance provided from our mortgage advisor Megan made the whole experience much less stressful. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for mortgage advice.

NHMH were brilliant in helping us throughout the process. We had a slightly rocky start, with multiple people involved, which unfortunately made communication a little difficult. However, once Michaela took over, everything became much smoother.

I would highly recommend the team for their support throughout my mortgage application. Buying a new home can be quite stressful, particularly when there are lots of documents, requirements and different parties involved, but the team were professional, helpful and reassuring throughout the process.

They kept me updated at each stage, answered my questions and helped guide me through the additional information and documentation requested by the lender. Even when there were a few complications along the way, they continued to assist and keep things moving.

Carly was fantastic in explaining our options and spent a lot of time with us making our application, Michaela was then great at keeping us up to date , progressing our application and delivering the good news that we had a mortgage offer.

Really excellent service. Went from initial enquiry to fill mortgage offer in under 2 weeks. Thanks to the guidance and preparation by our broker in a extensive Teams meeting, all documents were prepared and submitted on the same day and no follow up questions were needed. Took all the stress out of dealing with providers ourselves, which we can put in preparing for the move!

Would recommend 100%, from the initial call to them through to receiving the mortgage acceptance has been a seamless process.
