DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They will lose your items or take 2 months to deliver your stuff. In addition, they will also charge you double once the movers come to pick up your items.

Great job start to finish I would refer or use again. Movers that showed up were caring and generous. Left CA going to VA and everything was handled properly and put back together at destination.

They are a legit company so if you've already signed hopefully this will ease your mind. Joseph was nice but aggressive in his sales pitch with follow up calls. I was allowed to pay the deposit ($900) with a credit card so I did feel a little bit better about going with this company in the beginning. I'd rather have the credit card company fight my battle than have to hire an attorney. I was NOT informed that you have to pay in ways that can't be disputed at pickup (remaining 70%) of the inflated cost that you are informed of by the pick up driver and then at delivery (remaining 30%). Whatever quote you are given will be DOUBLED before you receive your belongings. They breeze over this is an "estimate" and all their discounts are make believe to get you to sign. I went over my items in great detail and I was quoted $1,902.10 (286 cf) but I had to pay $3,834 in the end. This company did not move my items they sold/gave my contract to Seal Pack Van Lines which was another disappointment.

Fantastic job start to finish. If you’re a honest and open person that is prepared with a full inventory list of what you’re moving there is no reason for unexpected charges later. I had zero issues because I was organized and provided all need to know things like, which floor my apartment was on, there is no service elevator, needed my boxes packed, had a bulky gun safe, and so on an so forth.

I spoke with Kevin on May the 19th for a move to take place on May 29th. Gave him very clear information about the amount of stuff I had and even told him that it would all fit in a 26' truck. I also explained to him the circumstances of an unexpected move earlier that resulted in stuff being hastily packed and stored in four separate units at a storage facility. Was given a quote and then turned it over to my son who was paying for the move.

On 5/27, when the actual movers called me I discovered that he had only quoted and reserved enough space for me that was equivalent to a cargo van. When I called him, he couldn't access the records and said he would call me back in a couple of minutes. When I tried to call him back 45 minutes later, he didn't answer my call so I left him a message to call me first thing the next morning. He didn't call, so I called him. Kept getting told he wasn't available so I asked to speak to a manger. At this point I spoke with Frank and told him that I wanted to cancel the move and wanted my son to get his deposit back. Was told the deposit was non-refundable, even though the mistake was on their end. Was told that the cancellation had to be done within 14 days of the move. Hello, I scheduled it 10 days before the move. He then told me I had to cancel it in writing according to the contract stipulations. When I told him the contract went to my son, who is traveling and can't get me a copy of the contract, he told me he couldn't send it to another email address....WHAT? He said he would try to send it to me, but I never got it. I had no choice but to send a random email to Kevin to cancel.

This was my first ever experience using movers to move me. It has been a horrible experience. I am now having to rent a truck and load it myself. I am 62 years old and not looking forward to this.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! I LUCKILY am financially blessed abundantly by god but the way this company sets you up is HORRIBLE! I gave the coming my correct amount of stuff for loading on pickup day they quoted me 413 I felt It was under but they assured me it was enough room this was for $2400 once they came I had A new total of $4400 smh they came they sent me a company on 4/26 who loads my stuff “Infinity Movers” an guess what they load everything make u sign a document stating it can take up to 31 days an tell u thats estimate my stuff will arrive by 4/30. Long story short my stuff arrived on 5/16 from northern relocation to infinity movers the most RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL experience you will spend with someone at northern by “Tony or Bruce or something with a D” who all sound the same at one point it’s like there just changing the name by the week no empathy AT ALL they will tell u 7-14 days or up to 21 business days or 31 days smh my stuff sat in a warehouse for weeks in Georgia! My move was from North Carolina to Spring Texas when my stuff came boxes crushed stuff damage and they do nothing for that also ! They had my car transported with another company my car came back damaged I’m still trying to go through the company to get it fixed which has been taking weeks ! DO NOT LOOK AT THE ADS LIKE I DID your better off booking a legit company they are not legit they take ya money an then call another company to pick your stuff up there is no northern movers they hire other movers an you can’t get deposit back so don’t waste your time ! I told The man at northern relocation it’s been 2.5 weeks at the time an my child needs her things he said “why are you telling me about your kid that’s not going to make your stuff come faster” very rude no empathy I never got a sorry one time from either company!! I explained Before booking I’m moving one state to the next I need All my things on time they assured me it would be delivered on 4/30 an told me it would need to be picked up by 4/26 needless to say that was not the case an they will tell u the bad reviews is from people lieing about how much stuff they packed that’s a lie also I moved A 2 bedroom house no living room an apartment ended up paying $4400 literally I had 20 boxes 7 bags an 4tvs an some miscellaneous things nothing big at all some pics an they quoted me $2400 an then the movers added another $2000 when they arrived !!!! Also I asked If u can pick my stuff up in Georgia they told me I would still need to pay $4400 even if I got a truck drove there from Texas they did not care they also deliver after business hours so you can’t call company and complain they sent 3 men to get my stuff and one person to unload my stuff smh poor man he was so nice they treat there employees terrible ! When I threatened To call police cause my car was damaged the man rushed to leave they are hiring people who can’t even speak english I had to call someone to translate he was scared of to give me his information ! DO NOT BOOK !!!!!! I was A fool an tried to book thought I was Saving money I had someone on thumbtack to willing to Charge me $3600 for car an moving all my stuff an I canceled them thinking I was Saving an got played the whole time. I was Told $2600 for car n movers paid $4400 movers an $600 car ! They changed my car person said they would refund my $100 because I had to pay $600 up front an never refunded my $100 !

The worst company possible. Agree with all the negative reviews. Double the estimate at last minute. Pickup not on time, thoroughly unprofessional brokers. STAY AWAY!

They quoted me $1,760 for my move, they said the movers would pick up on a Friday between 1:00pm and 3:00pm, and they said my stuff would arrive at my new home by Sunday since it was only traveling 530 miles. The moving company showed up on Thursday at 2:00pm, charged me $2,800, and is saying they are closed on the weekend so now I have no idea when I will get my stuff. I've attempted to email and call Northern Relocation several times with no luck. They aren't answering or returning my attempts to contact them. I wish I would've shopped around more for a better company. Do not recommend them at all.

A word of caution —the way they operate seems unusual and not in line with what you'd expect from a reputable company. Their quotes don’t reflect the actual packaging costs—we ended up paying 35% more than quoted ($2,000 over). They also don’t disclose the moving company they use until you're locked into a contract. Ours was United Moving Services (check their reviews—1 star). Plus, their insurance isn’t transparent—it covers just 60 cents per pound of damaged goods, not the full value. Not worth the stress working with them. Definitely worth taking a closer look before committing.

I couldn't be happier with the service! From the initial quote to the final box unloaded, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The movers were punctual, careful with my belongings, and super friendly. They really took the stress out of moving day. I highly recommend!

Do not give this company your hard earned money. My wife and I engaged Northern Relocation to help us with our move from Colorado to Oregon. The first things you need to know is that they are a broker, not the actual moving company. Wen I asked, "Do the movers we will have onsite work for you or are they contractors?" The answer I received was, "The movers will be one of my 27 drivers that work exclusively for us". What I know is the company that showed up to move us, was a completely different company. I had to pay the balance to them separately. When things ended up being damaged, Norther Relocation pointed us right back to the subcontractor. We were quoted several times, providing dimensions and details. When the sub-contractor moving company showed up, they estimated 150% of the space needed then what Norther Relocation quoted. We ended up having to pay an additional 50% of the additional quote just to get our stuff shipped. Even after that, the truck they sent, due to the initial quote, was too small to fit all our stuff. Again, we provided details. Upon contacting Northern Relocation, we were told, rather rudely, "This was just a quote". While true, we put our faith in a supposedly professional organization, to guide us. This definitely felt like a bait an switch situation. We felt like we were taken advantage of and were stuck using them or delaying our entire move. Once our items were packed, we were to meet our moving company on a particular day. We were told they would not be there until several days later. Northern Relocation was of no help during the process. They ignored every outreach we attempted to resolve an issue. Don't use this company, go directly to a moving company.

Worst moving company I have ever dealt with, 3 days late picking up my stuff, pack out was awful, very unprepared needing my boxes to finish the packing! Pack out people asked for tips, pack out and deliver people would only except cash, never use the over priced unprofessional company
