At Northgate the staff are absolutely lovely, very friendly and easy to approach. They go above and beyond fixing vehicles. The service staff are also to mention for working so hard. The front reception are great. Easy to talk too and great at solving any issues you have. Would recommend these guys!

Professional vehicle hire
I had a service booked in for my work van, on drop off, this company was very professional and helpful, I had a 2 hour wait and was waiting in their waiting room, which was warm and included a tv and sofas, also they offered a coffee whilst I was there.
I highly recommend this company and will continue with them no doubt.

Really good experience
Been coming to this branch of Northgate vehicle hire for a few years now with servicing and MOT requirements. Always a friendly welcome with a nice tidy waiting area. Staff always keep me updated with progress reports on the vehicle.

Got to northgate vehicle hire to get the van seriveced for my job andrew was very help full and mad you feel welcome there was another lad here to but did not get his name they gave me updates as i was here for a few hours waiting they mad me coffees and was there if i need to ask anything top place to go and would recomend to any one such a great experance thanks both nice to meet people that are good at there job and dont mind talking to people

Always excellent customer service here, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly and go above and beyond to get me back on the road. Anytime I've had an issue with my vehicle it's been resolved with absolutely no fuss at all and I can't speak highly enough of the guys at Northgate Swansea's branch.

After using a previous company with the most awful van hire and service I found northgate.
Absolutely fantastic!
Being a female out on the road every day I needed a reliable understanding company and they 100% are. From helping me with van choice and size to maintenance always helpful via phone and in my branch.
