My songs were removed along with a bunch of other artists. No news or update on what is happening or if they will get the song back up. Yet they still take my monthly subscription fee even though nothing is up.

Will our songs that you uploaded on Spotify be restored?

Spotify took down my music from their stores and also withheld my royalties for the previous month. Would not recommend!

I don't actually do something like this, but here I think it's necessary. I really intended to use Novecore for a long time and even apply for a Premium Membership, but it turns out that Novecore will be limited in its use. Also my artists (as well as almost all other users) have been deleted. Now it is not clear if I will get paid for the previous streams and if my artists will be uploaded again. But the latter doesn't look like that, because if Spotify is sure of one thing (in this case artificial streaming), it is hardly possible to convince Spotify of the opposite. In my opinion only the big artists with many streams and followers will be uploaded again - if at all. Therefore I can't recommend this distributor, even if a payout with BTC seems to be attractive (if you can make it that far).

Actually it is simple to use and good designed but their support system suck.They always say"we haven't acces your account from live chat so we will sent you email".Email is take so long time and not help(for me).Also their dashboard don't work so long time so it is kinda break trust. I will come later and i hope will change my bad rewiew in the future.

im moving from distrokid and routenote to novecore

As expected once I had funds and initiated a withdrawal, they have not send any funds for 8 days and pending. Support said they would contact the team yet in a week no response, I emailed them at their company email and still no response...
Everyone please avoid this distro and use the many other competitors out there.
I will update the review if any action is taken by them to fix this situation. I know alot of people have not been paid by this distro yet.

Update: Novecore did complete the payout as expected. Only rating at 4 stars as you could have posted through socials or let your support team inform customers about this issue when asked.

Tried different distributors and Novecore is definitely the fastest one when it comes to distribution. Support friendly and replies fast (but sometimes don’t know the right answer)

Novecore is the best music distributor bar none. I'm a new artist hoping to let the world know about my musical talent by listening to my music. Novecore will make that dream a reality. Uploading my songs went very smooth and approval by Novecore staff was really fast. In less than 48 hours my songs are already distributing to a lot of stores. The songs were in spotify in about the same time. I highly recommend musical artist to try Novecore.

My song is still not Available on JioSavaan Which is a Major platform.

Best distributor I ever used. Songs get approved within few hours and will be online in stores within 24 hours. Payout was on time Support is amazing!

Novecore is simply the best! Awesome customer care service and covers almost all major stores except I tunes, but still it's better than distrokid!

Good services but I can say that this distributor is not ready for full operation because staffs does only novecore as a sideline job.

update:
lower my rating and add my review a little bit. their customer service is awesome indeed, but their web app has a few bugs, like missing take down button, or sometimes the web app suddenly disconnected with my soundcloud account, and their delivering process is confuse me a lot. for example: some of my songs is already done reviewed, but it stuck on delivering status for 2 week now, i don't know if this is usually happen or not, but based on what they said to me, "Delivery to most stores is usually done in the first 24 hours after a release has been reviewed", and when i talk to them about this problem, they say that they can't do anything to speed up the delivering process.

nb: their service does not necessarily bad, still worth to try, but this review is based on my experience when i was using their services. so, your experience might be different to mine

The coolest free music distributor. The song review is very fast (less than 24 hours!) And my song is sent directly to several streaming platforms. Unfortunately there is no apple music. Hopefully in the future my song can be distributed on Apple Music.

Novecore is the best distributor I've tried. Matthias and staff is so friendly. Tunecore can go to hell!
