Outstanding customer service. Box arrived having been opened in transit, with one package of cashews missing. One email and a half-hour later an entire new order (not just the missing cashews) was on its way. Great responsiveness to a situation out of their control. Oh, and the nuts are fantastic, too!

Right from the start, as soon as I sent an email about an issue I had with my order, I got a response from Customer Service. Rafael and Den stepped up to resolve the issue. They resolved the issue much to my satisfaction. I couldn’t be more pleased.

The Customer service at Nuts.com is Magnum Opus! Need I say more?!!! I indicated my concerns regarding ONE of their product. They immediately followed up on my concerns to address them. It is always HOW A COMPANY RESPONDS TO YOUR CONCERNS!! The customer service at Nuts.com deserves FIVE STAR rating! All the best to them!

The products from candy, nuts, and seeds are excellent. My only complaint is that all seeds should have same bag amounts. Had to order unsalted pumpkin seeds 1lb bag 5x to complete my 5lb seeds order of salted and unsalted pumpkin and sunflower seeds.

My shipment was sent out to the wrong address and it was rectified immediately. Fantastic customer service.I love this company 😍

Love this company. Quality items and they stand behind them. I have enjoyed trying new things and have been happy with all of them. Deliveries are super fast! Had an issue on delivery, response was fast and was corrected quickly as well.

I wouldnt dream of buying the products that Nuts.com has from another vendor. Ive been buying from Nuts.com for years, and I have never had a problem with them. As a matter of fact, I got a credit for a mistake I made.

They humbly sent a duplicate order to my new address w/o charge.

I placed an order and was immediately told they could not ship it because the shipping address did not match my bank account information. As directed I called the company on Monday only to get a robot, which must have assumed I had access to a computer and was directing me to do a bit of jumping through hoops. I do not have access to a computer. At that point I informed nuts.com to cancel my order as there were other vendors offering the same product and other companies that would willingly ship my order to the alternate address. Several hours later I receive an email telling me they can't cancel the order as it had already shipped???? Did they miraculously have a policy change in the middle of everything? Did they choose to violate their policy when told the purchase could be made elsewhere? Are they so desperate for a sale that they would in fact violate their own policy? I will not be attempting any more purchases from them.

Nuts.com has an amazing selection of products- from sweet and salty snacks to organic raw almonds and cashews. I am a big fan of the cashews, flax seeds, chia seeds, and individual packages of trail mix that I can pack in my lunch. Recently, Customer Service worked extensively with me to resolve an issue with an order I had mistakenly made for 10 times the number of one pound bags of pea protein than I wanted. I was so appreciative! They are a reliable, customer friendly company, which has consistently delivered great nuts and seeds over the past eight years. Highly recommend.

I ordered 9 lbs of their chocolate Jordan almonds (the best!!) for a wedding, but accidentally put the wrong delivery address on the order form. Customer service fixed the problem within minutes (LITERALLY) and my daughter received the almonds within 24 hours of placing the order. WE COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR BETTER SERVICE! So unusual but so welcome. The product is delicious and customer service is excellent. Totally recommend. We have ordered these almonds for at least 4 weddings and they are the best.

Misleading marketing. ChatGPT responses to emails with no goal of problem solving.

The only reason I ordered was the promise of next day delivery when ordered within the next 6 hours.

I could’ve ordered the product 20% cheaper somewhere else, but ordered because I wanted the product earlier. Paying 20% was ok for me to get the product earlier.

Once ordered, I received a confirmation email stating delivery would take up to 6 days.

So I reached out to customer service. I was met with ChatGPT responses that felt like no interest or care about my experience as a first time buyer.

I stated why I ordered, that their marketing was misleading and all I got back were messages that essentially said:

That’s your problem, you should’ve read the checkout page better.

Won’t give this company another dime. I don’t care how good the product is. If customer “support” behaves like this, I have no intent to ever buy from Nuts.com again.

Always a great experience. Items are in stock. fresh when they arrive and arrive quickly. Highly recommended! (And the boxing is a hoot!
