Great cot, very well made and sturdy. Grandson loves it and sleeps well in it. Storage drawer underneath very handy and holds more than I thought. Very impressed all round

Maria was helpful, professional and knowledgeable from the first moment I contacted the team until she made sure all was resolved.
After I have purchased the product from Amazon it arrived damaged. Amazon were awful with the return process (asked me to drop off a 20kg package with a size 60 x 120cm to the post office).
I have contacted Obaby directly and asked for help. Despite they are not responsible for the delivery made by a third company of a product purchased from another retailer, they have sent me a replacement piece within 2 days after I have contacted them. Swift, time mannered and friendly help which will allow us enjoy the moments of our first born fully.

I ordered the Obaby 4 in 1 Nika 3 Piece Nursery Room Set/Grey Wash + Luxury Nursery Starter Package and all I can say is wow. The quality is amazing, the colour was beautiful, we was able to pick a free gifts (bath thermometer), it was the easiest flat pack furniture I have ever assembled and I was able to order it and pay in instalments with clearpay. I would 100% recommend this to anyone who is looking for a nursery set!

I had an issue with some product parts and customer care was extremely helpful in sending out replacement parts. It did take some back and forth to finally get the right part delivered, but my issues were sorted. Great product and great customer care service.

After meeting the Obaby team at The Baby Show we ordered all our daughters furniture from Obaby! We chose the Maya 3 piece room set and toy storage. The team were so knowledgable and answered all our silly questions. As first time parents we were a little clueless on all the features and options. The furniture arrived ahead of time, easy to build and the quality is obvious as soon as you unpack the boxes. Thank you Obaby for all your help and beautiful furniture.

We have the stunning Evie cashmere cotbed and cot top changer and under bed drawer. We recently required a replacement part for the drawer and have to say the customer service has been amazing. Anyone thinking of ordering from this company you won’t be disappointed.

We were trying to purchase a mattress from overseas, which the regular website couldn't handle. The agent cheerfully and promptly figured a workaround, and followed through to get the mattress on its way. Great customer service!

I am a foster carer we bought an Obaby cot bed just over 2 years ago. It was packed away once the little one had left and the screws/fixings put somewhere safe! To safe, we couldn't find them. We now have need to put he bed up again but couldn't find said screws/fixings. An email to Obaby and the problem resolved immediately and a new set despatched. We cannot Thank Beth enough for her prompt and fantastic customer service. Will definitely recommend Obaby to anyone.

I bought an Obaby pocket sprung cotbed mattress earlier on this year, having already used the same Obaby cotbed for our second child. Although the dimensions of the second mattress were deemed to be within their tolerance, I felt that it did not fit as snuggly as the first, which is important for any baby bed. Maria in Obaby Customer Service was very understanding of the situation and, after I had sent some photos to outline my concerns, agreed with me and promptly sent a replacement mattress which I am delighted to report is a much better fit. Thank you!

I bought a cot a few years ago for my daughter and when we moved house recently I lost a few of the pieces to change the cot to a bed. I sent off an email and spoke to Charlie. Once he knew which parts were needed he very kindly sent out the parts next day and free of charge. Its rare in todays world to come across service like that. Very impressed. Thank you

I have had the o baby swinging cot and now the cot bed. Both items where absolutely amazing quality and just absolutely beautiful!
My son has grown with obaby and has loved every sleep! The customer service is absolutely amazing also, deals with enquiries quickly and ensures that they can help you with your requests. Thank you so much Charlie 😊

The cot mattress is excellent, arrived in really good time, it is very good quality and the company gave really good instructions on the mattress for long term care and how to take the cover off.

My daughter had fled domestic violence and had misplaced the screws for her daughters cot bed. I contacted customer services and within 2 days they had sent replacement fittings free of charge, I was prepared and quite willing to pay for the replacements but they said it was a good will gesture and wished my daughter good luck for the future. Maria from customer services your response and generosity is second to none. Other businesses could take a leaf out of your book. Thank you so much.

Nursery furniture is excellent, so glad we decided to go with OBABY to furnish our nursery. The delivery arrived within 24 hours. Customer service was also fantastic, a few days after we purchased our furniture the items went on sale. I queried with Maria in customer service if it was possible to receive the difference back as a refund and it was no issue at all. She even called back later to confirm their accounts team had processed the refund. I wish every company had customer service as good as this! If you’re questioning whether to purchase from OBABY, do it, you won’t regret it!

I purchased a cot and drawers from a retailer over a year ago. The legs broke during a move (our error) and when I contacted Obaby, they sent out a replacement set with no charge. Great customer service.
