Very impressed with the service I received from James Hill. As I was booking for 9 people I wanted it to be right and the best value. I had a few questions and they were answered before I committed to book and he was not pushy at all.

I was thinking about booking everything separately until I spoke to ocean, our rep Tom was so informative and helpful picking out a great villa, virgin flights and an SUV to cruise around in all at an amazing price. I would highly recommend.

Please do not book with Ocean Florida ....we have had the worst experience with them. Our flights were cancelled and re booked for 2 days later, we obviously have no hotel booked for the 2 days when we contacted there out of hours emergency number we were basically told read the policy it's not our problem this after spending over £9000...thank god we had a lovely hotel manager to help so we didn't end up asleep around the pool with 4 children.

Fantastic booking service from the off, the itinerary chopped and changed as an organic process and Heidi handled it all excellently. With a lot crammed in on our 3 week trip I left it to the experts and their knowledge to deliver and they did and it took so much pressure off the organization of the holiday. Every check in went smoothly along with the car rentals. We went to New York, Toronto Niagara and down to Florida and it all went well and I can't thank Ocean Florida enough for their great service and attention to detail woth our requests and for giving us a great family holiday to treasure.

We booked a family holiday for 9 of us and from the start Ocean Florida have been so helpful. Tom West gave us so much advice in the best place to stay and set our holiday up. Karen Hilton helped us sort all the flights out including upgrade changes. Lili Leitch helped me answer about a million questions i threw at her about the holiday. Kate Wilkinson then helped me sort out an error with a lead driver on the car rental. EVERYONE we have spoken to and who have helped us have been amazing and really helped. A large booking is always stressful but Ocean Florida just get things done. Thank you all so much. You are amazing.

The process was very easy, one call to discuss options, an outline of the holiday was developed and a no pressure quote was sent. Over the following weeks excellent feedback from the knowledge staff (Ricky) allowing me to build a perfect holiday

Not very happy. The holiday itself was amazing but the transfer we were booked drove off without us. We had to pay for a new transfer when I spoke to ocean Florida on our return they were great and offered me a refund sorted. Or so I thought it’s now been 35 days no refund no responses to emails not great aftercare at all

We have been extremely impressed with Ocean Florida and, in particular, the effort and expertise that has gone into putting together our forthcoming USA road trip.

We wanted something quite specific and complicated – combining the historic Route 66 from Chicago with the incredible scenery of Monument Valley and the Grand Canyon, before continuing on to Sedona and Phoenix, and then flying on to Nashville, Memphis and New Orleans for the Deep South.

Rather than simply offering a standard package, Ocean Florida took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted and worked with us to continually refine the itinerary. They made sensible suggestions, adjusted the number of nights in different locations and helped create a trip that feels perfectly balanced for us.

What has particularly impressed us is the personal service by Anthony. Every question has been answered promptly, changes have been accommodated without any fuss, and the itinerary has been developed around our wishes rather than us having to fit into a pre-designed tour.

The result is a genuinely exciting, once-in-a-lifetime road trip that combines the history and character of Route 66 with some of America’s most spectacular scenery, followed by three fantastic Deep South destinations.

We are extremely grateful to the Ocean Florida team and in particular Anthony for the time, patience and knowledge they have put into creating this holiday for us. It has been a pleasure dealing with them, and we would have no hesitation in recommending Ocean Florida to anyone looking for a bespoke USA holiday rather than an off-the-shelf package.

We are now looking forward to September 2029 and hopefully the holiday of a lifetime!
