Not very happy. The holiday itself was amazing but the transfer we were booked drove off without us. We had to pay for a new transfer when I spoke to ocean Florida on our return they were great and offered me a refund sorted. Or so I thought it’s now been 35 days no refund no responses to emails not great aftercare at all

We have been extremely impressed with Ocean Florida and, in particular, the effort and expertise that has gone into putting together our forthcoming USA road trip.

We wanted something quite specific and complicated – combining the historic Route 66 from Chicago with the incredible scenery of Monument Valley and the Grand Canyon, before continuing on to Sedona and Phoenix, and then flying on to Nashville, Memphis and New Orleans for the Deep South.

Rather than simply offering a standard package, Ocean Florida took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted and worked with us to continually refine the itinerary. They made sensible suggestions, adjusted the number of nights in different locations and helped create a trip that feels perfectly balanced for us.

What has particularly impressed us is the personal service by Anthony. Every question has been answered promptly, changes have been accommodated without any fuss, and the itinerary has been developed around our wishes rather than us having to fit into a pre-designed tour.

The result is a genuinely exciting, once-in-a-lifetime road trip that combines the history and character of Route 66 with some of America’s most spectacular scenery, followed by three fantastic Deep South destinations.

We are extremely grateful to the Ocean Florida team and in particular Anthony for the time, patience and knowledge they have put into creating this holiday for us. It has been a pleasure dealing with them, and we would have no hesitation in recommending Ocean Florida to anyone looking for a bespoke USA holiday rather than an off-the-shelf package.

We are now looking forward to September 2029 and hopefully the holiday of a lifetime!

I have booked with Jane from Ocean Florida for around 4 years now. She always pulls great deals from her hat and ensures every part of the holiday is spot on. Nothing is too much trouble. Need to change something? - no problem, need to rearrange? - no problem, need to add something? - no problem. Would recommend to everyone without issue.

Superb service from Karen in after sales care. All questions were answered easily, and lots of really useful advice was given. I’ve no doubt the phone call with Karen will really improve our holiday experience when we get there.

When enquiring about a quote for a family holiday to disney for my big birthday in 2028, Ricky made it so easy, and explained everything, and found us a really good deal, which we couldnt turn down, i have no faults with booking this and have paid our deposits for a family of 10, no questions were a problem and Ricky answered them with precision, i look forward to progressing with getting our park passes nearer our date of travel and i am trying to contain my excitement as we have still 19 months of planning, would totally recomend anyone to contact Ocean Florida especially Ricky as he was so good at explaing everything, Thank you

I booked through Ocean Florida having heard of them via podcast. I booked a holiday through them and the service I received throughout was great. Nothing but positive experiences each time I spoke to the, whether it be Sales or Customer Service, I was always able to speak to someone quickly and they were always polite, helpful and responsive and they also listened each time. They provided regular email updates and all tickets and documents were provided in good time and when stated. Great company, I felt like I got a personal touch and the holiday went very smoothly, I'd happily recommend to anyone

We've had a good relationship with Ocean Holidays ( Ocean Florida) ever since we booked our Florida holiday which was awhile ago ! We've just returned & had a great time. There was a couple of issues mainly the one about our car booking. We'd booked a gold package with multiple drivers as my husband, daughter & son in law were all going to share the driving but when we got to Avis we had to pay for my son in law as they said we didn't have the cover even though we said we did. Anyway because of this we weren't going to pay more for my daughter too. I emailed Ocean Holidays when I was there & dealt with Lili Leitch who was & has been since, extremely friendly, helpful & efficient. She's kept me in the loop the whole time & told me not to worry & to enjoy my holiday even though it was very frustrating. Anyway since we've been home it's all been sorted & we've had the refund. Just a shame, as it shouldn't have happened in the first place !
Lili Leitch has been so helpful & kind throughout. Her customer service has been extremely good. She's a credit to the company.

We were nervous about booking with Ocean Florida as we hadn't heard of them before but this was a massive 18 day holiday with lots of cities, hotels and flight through USA that was too complex for us to book independently.
