All in all everything has been good - good communication etc
What has let you down is the lead time on the vehicle
I signed up with an expected delivery of November- January
Once signed up the confirmation comes through with an ETA of March-May
Means I have to spend extra than I had hoped keeping my existing vehicle running

Upto now, Dylan was my Octopus contact and I have to say he was absolutely brilliant. He was able to answer all my queries and if he wasn’t able to answer them, he was able to find the answers quickly and respond promptly. He was easy to talk to and very friendly.

Professional, polite and friendly service.

Having had a really good experience with Octopus Energy, I decided to take the plunge with Octopus EV.

Unfortunately, they seem to be a very different beast. It feels like everything is about squeezing the last penny out of you.

Right from the start, I was told the car was already in the country. That turned out not to be true — it was actually still on a ship waiting to go through the Suez Canal. It eventually arrived around two months later.

Be very careful about what they tell you and, especially, how things are worded. I’ve been caught out twice now.

Based on my experience, I’d stay well away from these cowboys.

Darren Contractor has been absolutely great and suited all my needs to get my car ordered as soon as possible.

The advice given from Nedal was very helpful, he recommended the Aion V when the Leapmotor B10 was unavailable, I'd never heard of it but went and test drove one and was quite impressed. Please pass on my thanks and gratitude to Nedal for his patience and efforts to find me the right vehicle.

The team and service are amazing. I would recomend this company to everyone. Its rare to find a company that actually goes above and beyond on actually helping you solve an issue.
